I have been here a few times. I’m afraid that will be it for me. The first couple of times I thought everything was very good, but I had gone again this last evening, with my family. It was not very busy at all. We ordered an appetizer for the table for three people. Three pieces of Mexican street corn was brought to our table served on one platter to share. No appetizer plates were handed out to each individual, nor any silverware for that fact. I ordered myself a pina colada, which after tasting (as well as having had them in this particular location before…) would say lacked in all ways. It lacked flavor and barely any alcohol. When I informed the waitress of the issue I had with my cocktail, she had gotten a little defensive. She stated they always make the cocktail the same way. When our order finally came, only two dinners were served. We were told the third would be out momentarily. …20 minutes later, the third dinner came out, but partially complete. The rest of the dinner would be out shortly. She informed us that they were having a problem in the kitchen. We own two local businesses and know how things can go wrong at times. To not tell people before serving what’s going on, that there is a problem in the kitchen, and maybe if we would have liked to have waited until the dish was finished to be served in full, or even all served at the same time would have been the right way to approach it. After telling the waitress about the problem with my cocktail a fellow business owner spoke up to me and said ā€œI had the same problem with my pina colada the last time I was here… you’re not crazy.ā€ Just a couple of other things: water glasses were not refilled and used dishes were not cleared right away, despite several passes from two different employees. I don’t normally complain, but like to give positive and negative feedback to the manager/owner. I did so the very next day via call. Unfortunately, I spoke to the same waitress that served us (whom claimed to be one of the owners) and she didn’t seem genuinely interested in our feedback. She still took a defensive posture. Hopefully this review is helpful to both future consumers and...

I am really sad to give this place the rating I am but the waitress did not seem to care about my vegetarian requests- yes, I got vegetarian enchiladas but at first she made it seem like it was impossible. It seemed like it was confusing for her to know what I needed. To add on, when we asked about vegetarian sauces, neither seemed to know immediately which were vegetarian, and that is concerning. Again, I am not a needy person, I just appreciate when people know the details for people like me. Also, we had to ask for three refills of salsas because they were half-filled each time, and the girl who seemingly worked at the restaurant but was off duty had to explain to us that customers often ā€˜wasted it’ which we did not… also, they were completely out of queso. Which I would understand if they were busy but they were not. Our waitress also did not seem to care about truly servicing us and was more occupied about what was on her phone. I understand that slow times do not draw a more attentive crowd but I seriously felt that she did not care, nor wanted to go out of the way for any of our simple requests. Again, the food was good but I cannot get past the inattentive service...

Had a great dinner. The food was really good. The waitress was new so had a person at the bar/fellow employee? speaking up to assist. Waitress was nice and mentioned being new. Between the two of them were not sure about the content of the red sauce being veg. Not super attentive though and the servings of the salsas (which were good) were just a few tablespoons for the first two. The other person explained other people ask for more but don’t eat. That’s not my problem. I also don’t know who they were. I appreciate chips and salsa as a courtesy, but expect that from solid Mexican food restaurants. Chips and a bowl of salsa(s) to start. That’s not too much to ask. Some things to work on. They were also out of queso. ???

Ordered from them on door dash, I seletected the mole nachos. Any resturant would add tomatoes, lettuce, beans but no not this place. Upon opening the container I was greeted with soggy nachos and I mean soaked in whatever sauce they had at the bottom which also tasted disgusting, no lettuce, tomatoes or beans, and a chunky glob of guac and 4 jalapeƱos tossed in. I don't know who is running that kitchen but do better because this is not how nachos should look. Wasted $14 on basically just ground beef. Do not waste your money here!
