Let me,first say,l love Ballard Design. I love their style,of everything. Ok,some,l can do,without, but,for the most part,love their. You may,ask,if,l love it so much,why,did l give it a three. The building, l live in,is very hard,to find. I purchased, two rugs,one,there company ,who they hire,J.B. Hunt,which,could not find,the building,without,my direction. Upon,finally getting the rug,inside, the apartment, l ask,the gentleman, was,he at least,going to take,the wrapping off,he rudely,said,no. He was not rude,when,it came,to get my signature, upon arrivalš. THE second rug,came by,UPS. I spoke,with the supervisor, l told her,since this driver,knows,the building, by now, why, can't they,deliver it. After,going back and forth,the supervisor, came up,with the brilliant idea, to see,if,J.B.Hunt, can deliver,the rug.š¤š¤š¤.I said,that she great,this rug,will not be available, until,two weeks, later. I ordered an upholstered banquet with them in June with an August shipping date- totally fine, 10 weeks seems reasonable. It is now November and I just got another shipment delay email saying it wonāt ship until mid December. I spoke with customer service in October and they āassured me that they could see my place in line and I was the next banquet to ship,ā but clearly that was complete BS. I would cancel the order if I could. Itās okay for a company to have delays, but advertising 10 weeks and it being 28 weeks with no update or explanation is abhorrent.
EDIT: Donāt be fooled by Ballard customer service response below. I emailed them twice and they never responded. So once again, horrible...

There was no one to help me unload the boxes from my car luckily my husband was there. I was greeted with " we do not take returns with large boxes??" I told the clerk I had spoken with customer service who indicated I had 90 days for the return and I can return the specific items to a store. She proceeded to persistently ask but where did you call? The store? And was flaring her arms pointing to the floor of the store as if I didn't underStand her??i said no YOUR customer service number! After she huffed and puffed she finally did the return and the proceeds to apologize? Really! She needs customer service training and etiquette! This store won't last long in Manhasset, the Garden City store had great customer service and better...
