Please tell me this experience is a bad nightmare. I left my chanel bag with Real real in manhasset and only reason i left it is because they told me i can change my mind and ask for it back before it goes live which they said is usually two to three week period. So ok if i miss it then ill ask for it back. After two days I just decided you know what not worth selling for the price i got so i called customer service and i was sent a text msg for cs. I saif cancel my sale can I pick up my bag? Rep said will cancel sale but cannot pickup but will deliver to you home in about three weeks. Okay got confirmation number and verified address so on. After four weeks still no bag and no tracking number as promised so I called and guess what they sold it. They told me i will be notified before it goes live which i was not but that doesnt even matter since i was told ill have my bag back. After discussing this problem with another rep she was bacially like ok we can give u a higher comission so ofc i said NO i want the bag back as promised. She said its already sold on the way to a customer so no way nothing nada anything i can do for you. I asked for a manager and again we went over everything. All of the sudden this in transit bag is in the hands of the new buyer delivered everything so i was told again take the sale. Why do they have you sign many papers when they dont keep up with the promise that you can cancel and have your merchandise returned??? This is becoming just so stressful i dont know what to do. Me and my wife went here on November 5th Sunday afternoon around 3:50 PM. I am a frequent customer on the app and I had never been to the store so me and her walk in and the security guard opens the door for us and greets us as we walk around the store, didn't take us long due to it being a small location so as we near the front my wife starts to feel uncomfortable as a lady seems to direct her attention at us causing my wife to ask me can we leave? As we are walking out the security UNLOCKS the door that was open originally upon our entrance and we leave. It was around 4PM . The closing time is 6pm so that's not an excuse for locking the door. As I am a Hispanic male and living in the area for quite some time so being stereotyped like this was a disgusting experience and I truly will never shop here again. Walked into the Manhasset location today 11/6/23 at around 5 pm and the only person who greeted me was the security guard. I spent about 20 mins browsing while the male worker and female manager completely ignored me never greeted me never asked if I needed assistance just conversed amongst themselves until the manager had to take a zoom meeting.
