Ordered a book at a reasonable price, paid extra for their speedy shipping and the next day get an email from them stating "Unfortunately, this book is too large to fit into a flat rate envelope. Therefore, it is more expensive to ship via priority mail." Now I ask you, shouldn't that have been stated up front? Certainly will be my first and only dealing with these folks.
