This place is absolutely terrible, they have no sense of customer service.

Prior to this vist I got a cut a cut from Jason, he had told me to reserve next time to be more efficient. So this time I reserved for 5:30pm the day before. When I arrived at 5:25pm he had just started cutting another person's hair and I was mad not going to lie but I understood. Fast forward ive been already waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time and he's finally done with said customer. I then get up thinking I was next, then very rudely he put his finger up and tells me to sit down, then tells me this other customer is next. I then asked about my reservation to which he then responded with " yeah but you shouldve been earlier, he walked in first." I told him that not how it works. When you reserve a time it's so that you walk in and are attended Fast. My Aunt passed away and I was really busy with family. This saddens me truly, these people don't care about their customers time nor have empathy about them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, this place is very unprofessional. I always took care of Jayson too. I always gave him $15 or $20 tip. It's crazy to me how some people are. Would 100% not recommend this place. Very rude and waste of time. Take you money into another shop where the barbers build a connection with you, have respect for your time as well as theirs and actually put good work and love...

If you don't want your car to be towed, don't go here. There is a parking lot right next to their building. The parking lot does have signs saying customers only yes, but what they don't say is that being a customer at their barber shop does not count. I went in asking if it was OK that I parked there and they said yes. My car got towed anyway surprise surprise. I then went back in to complain and ask that they put a sign up saying that parking lot is not theirs. They refused. That place is one giant SCAM, the barber took super long to do my haircut in order to ensure my car got towed. If you value your time and your money do not go to this place. They will tow your car and they will NOT apologize to you or...

Went in there asked them to just cut with a scissor the bottom of my hair to make it even because I felt one side was longer than the other explained it a few times that I worked a long time on growing out my hair he buzzed everything off in the back. I don’t even know what to say. He then tells me that’s how he does the haircut. Never will use them again. Mid haircut I told him that’s it we are done. I’m a nice enough person where I still paid for it but fast walked out of that place. I’ve never experienced something like this before. It’s going to take such a long time to grow my hair out again.
