EDIT: 9/24/2025 - All the below still stands, still no responses from anybody, only responses to positive reviews, and completely left in the dark by sales and everyone alike.
I'm not one to give a solid one star because of an experience because I'm not looking to bash any business or person. My review is not to be geared around anything personal.
Initially finding the car that I love, I made the 5 hour drive to check it out, talk some numbers, agreeing on the numbers, and walking away super excited to get the car. A week or so goes by, and I'm finally able to pick it up, again, super excited.
I pick the car up on July 5th after again, making a 5 hour trip to get it and about the same drive back home. Everything seemed good. People were accommodating at the dealership, front desk was very friendly and it just seemed very pleasant.
Next day, I noticed that I was slowly having an issue getting in and out of my car due to an issue with the mechanism, getting to the point where my door was almost completely unusable aside from using the window. I couldn't get in or out of the car. A little discouraged, I informed sales and it took a few days to set something up. I was told I was going to be called, but wasn't in the end. I had to chase a problem that I didn't feel was my wrongdoing. I thought that the issue I was having could've been noticed before I was sold it due to the nature of the problem, but again, I brushed it off because I'm a pretty understanding person.
The car was driven to their partner dealership to be worked on in the middle of July. After over a month of waiting for the parts and all of the labor, the temporary registration has expired and I can't even drive the car home. I felt at this point, waiting a month for a registration was a bit out of the ordinary, but again, brushed it off.
After about a week of trying to reach out to many different people, all getting different answers on the logistics of getting the car back to begin with, I received it at the end of August. Even after getting the car back, the paint was extremely swirled and minor paint defects were there that weren't on the car before, most likely due to improper washing. This wasn't a huge deal, as all I can really do is wash the car and buff it anyway. At this point, the registration is still not done and the car is more so a driveway statue.
All while this is going on, I'm attending to any text or email I receive to send the paperwork that they require for their end of the deal to go through and I was just doing my part as a customer. Doing my best to keep their side going as fluent as possible, I felt like I was put way off on the back burner once I gave my check and drove the car home.
I understand I didn't spend $600,000 for a car, so I know I wasn't going to get that kind of treatment from start to finish, but after finally being able to get to the point of buying a car I've been wanting for over a decade, the whole experience has whitewashed any sort of feeling I have towards the car now due to constant issues and just feeling like I have to jump through several hoops to keep my end of the process moving or retaining any ounce of confidence.
I've felt like a bother every time I've called to see how the process is moving, over two months and almost two car payments later without being able to drive the car more than 10 feet in my driveway, which is also troubling because the warranty is most likely going to run out before I can even get it on the road.
I just am very disappointed with the experience as a whole. I've felt discouraged ever since the first issue and it's just seemed like a painful waiting game to hear anything back without having to call and talk to several people to hear different answers each time.
Again, it's not a personal attack and I tried with everything in my power to brush everything off, but over two months of waiting and issues has really put a horrible feeling on my...
Read moreI genuinely didn’t want to leave a three-star review because, up until the signing of the paperwork, my experience was phenomenal. However, the dealership’s lack of accountability and failure to resolve their mistake left me no choice.
I found a beautiful 2019 Portofino listed online by this dealership and scheduled a time to see it in person. I worked with DJ throughout the sale and made it clear that, as this would be my daily driver, Apple CarPlay was a must. He assured me that the vehicle had CarPlay, along with heated seats. To double-check, I even reviewed the ad, which also confirmed the car came with CarPlay (I have the ad saved). This was my first time purchasing a Ferrari, and I expected their representatives to be well-versed in the vehicles they sell - so I didn’t personally verify these options before finalizing the deal. That was my mistake.
After agreeing on a price, I purchased the car. However, as I was preparing to drive home, I couldn’t get Apple CarPlay to work. I called over an employee for assistance, only to be met with a confused look and a response of “This car doesn’t have CarPlay.” I then asked about the heated seats, only to receive more bad news.
At that point, I was given two options: either cancel the deal or take the car home and sort things out with DJ when he returned to the office. I was also told that Ferrari of Long Island should be able to install CarPlay for me. Given all the effort that had gone into making the deal happen - and with the promise that this could be resolved - I chose to take the car home.
The next day, I was informed that they couldn’t help me and that I was on my own. Since then, I’ve attempted to contact Geno, the sales manager, multiple times and even requested multiple callbacks. Nearly two weeks later, I still haven’t heard from him.
What’s frustrating is that I wasn’t seeking any kind of financial gain for their mistake. All I wanted was for them to take accountability and help me get CarPlay installed, as they had promised. Instead, I was left with nothing but silence.
This experience turned what should have been an exciting purchase into a frustrating ordeal. A dealership’s reputation isn’t just built on selling cars - it’s built on standing by their word and making things right when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.
EDIT: The sales team reached out to make things right, and after some back and forth, they kept their word on it. I really appreciated the follow ups. I will be coming back here for my...
Read moreI purchased a rare vehicle from this dealership from out of state. Before purchasing I let my sales person (FRED/FREDDY) know that my biggest concern was getting the title. Fred reassured me they handle out of state title work all the time and it would not be an issue. I paid in full for the vehicle via wire transfer.
Vehicle arrived and no issues, it looks great and was exactly as described with exactly 40 miles on the odometer.
However getting the title has been a COMPLETE CLOWN SHOW!!! The dealership MAILED ME PLATES FOR THE WRONG CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. I live in Nevada and they mailed me OREGEON plates. I advised I could mail the plates back to the dealership ASAP if they could send me a label immediately. The dealership procrastinated and did not send a shipping label until I called back the next day. This should have been done within minutes of the phone call.
After not receiving my license plates for a few weeks I contacted the dealership again. They advised me they needed me to complete a VIN inspection. Nobody called or told me to get a VIN inspection. So I got a VIN inspection and again the dealership FAILED to mail me a shipping label. I contacted them again and got a mailing address myself and mailed the paperwork. Several weeks pass and no license plates or title. I contacted the dealership and they had lost my VIN inspection, but did not bother to tell me they lost my VIN inspection until I called. The dealership IS NOT PRO ACTIVE and does not contact the customer. They should have called me to say they lost or did not receive the paperwork. I got another VIN inspection and mailed it to them.
Several months have passed I still have not received my license plates or title, so I called the dealership. I spoke with the manager Steve Gooden. He advised me someone would follow up with me to make sure I get my title and license plates.
Surprise NOBODY followed up with me. When I called Gooden the manager back, he acted surprised nobody had called me to follow up. DUDE YOU ARE THE MANAGER and you have not been checking to make sure your employees are following up with a HUGE PROBLEM????? At this point it appears to be incompetence from the manager down.
EDIT: Title and license plates finally arrived. However, I never received any type of follow up to the title and license issues I disclosed. I will not do business with the...
