I ordered a full cord of wood - the advertisement I got via text said 'kiln dried clean burning firewood' which if you google is actual wood. What I got was sawdust compressed into bricks and wrapped in plastic. OK so they delivered them - I was a bit confused at this but was told they're better and cleaner to burn. The tech who delivered it put it directly on the ground outside because they were too small to fit onto the wood stacking shelf (they fit right in-between the bottom posts) and said keep them dry. I did, I wrapped it under a tarp as I would normally wood.
It rained hard just yesterday, the bottom layer of 'wood' got wet - expanded, disintegrated and collapsed, making the whole damn cord collapse - wrecking 40-50% off the full cord of "wood".
I called this morning first to ask why they advertised they sell wood when they don't and second why they would put it there if they knew that the bottom layer would get wrecked in turn wrecking all the sawdust I was delivered. The owner/employee said, "I told you to keep it dry".
Maybe you should advise before you take two hours to stack up a whole cord of sawdust that I didn't order (i ordered wood) that the bottom layer of your sawdust is going to collapse wrecking the whole cord of damn sawdust. Or say 'hey lady why don't we put this in the garage instead?
Anyway - they don't sell wood they sell sawdust. And don't put it outside at all - I now know more than their employees...

Me and my buddies were outside last night watching the Astros game and we did not have to change the wood once. It was a really nice change from the normal firewood I used to use. It was also noticeable warmer which is nice for these cool September nights. Iâm really looking forward to using these Envi blocks in my fire place come winter time as well. I would 100% recommend this product, it is affordable and...
