I use this Kohl’s location to return my Amazon Returns, which is located up the escalator on the 2nd floor. I usually wait and take all my Amazon returns back once a month depending on the last day to return date that I’m given. I try to make it an easy and quick process by proactively processing my returns using the Amazon Phone App, accessing my Amazon account, and then taking a screenshot of my QR return code, and labeling each screenshot to the item being returned. That way I am organized and can just pull out the items quickly as they scan the QR code. I have at times, gone in to return over 10 items at once and was in and out quicker than a regular return through any stores; customer service. This return process can be done within 5-10 minutes; with most of the associates at the Amazon Returns station, as most of the associates are friendly and patient and very appreciative that I am organized and efficient. However there is one lady that I never look forward to seeing Brenda’s she is what seems to be “naturally miserable”. I have worked in the Customer Service field for over 30 years and this lady in my opinion should NOT be anywhere near a customer, let alone assisting them. She speaks in a rude condescending tone, never smiles, huffs and puffs out of what seems to be disgust and as if “we the customer(s)” are nothing but of an inconvenience to her. I don’t remember her name to warn you, and to be honest don’t think I need her name. If you use this return option (which I would recommend), you will know you have dealt with her, I can almost guarantee. All in all the Amazon return option through Kohl’s is an awesome, easy and mostly painless process. I recommend taking screen shots of your returns beforehand to make the process...
Read moreI went tonight 12/20/18 to the store to shop with my mother and I brought one of my pet ducks as normal to go shopping with us, now I understand some people feel and I respect that, but my ducks wear shoes and diapers whenever they are in any store, now they don’t go after anyone or more a lot of noise. Most people don’t even know they are there. But I had a very rude And nasty employee there come up to us and tell me I have to wait outside because they don’t belong in the store. Now I would have no issues I repeat it but she was not a manager nor was she nice in anyway, she said only serve animals are aloud and it’s just a duck with a nasty look on her face and the other Kohl’s I shop at let’s all three of my boys in no problem they let people pet them and it makes the day fun but this woman told me and my mother we were nasty when we said something about the other store and she told us we should be nicer it’s the holidays and was not saying excuse me or anything just walked up and said that doesn’t belong in here! Now he stays between my legs and I tell him not to talk and he does and he listens well and just follows grandma and looks for her but this nasty of a employee needs sensitivity training Because she didn’t even ask if he was a serve animal maybe I had a issue where he alerts someone if I need help! Luckily I don’t and my pets are my children and if I have to deal with a nasty unwelcoming employee I will never shop at that location again! And my family loves and lives in Kohl’s. I wish I got this woman’s name because I never want to run into her again at my normal location I will never shop at Kohl’s again that’s...

This store has two floors which is different from all the other kohls I’ve been to. I was visiting to pick up an online order I placed. I have mobility issues right now and was hoping to do curbside pick up but when I got there I realized that option isn’t available anymore. They have a setup on the first floor for the online orders but mine wasn’t there. My order was at customer service which is upstairs. Long story short it was so much walking when I wasn’t expecting to. This is always the kohls I normally shop at but I think from now on I might go to a different one.
Another this I noticed during this shopping trip was that there was practically no jewelry department. Obviously Sephora had taken over that spot and that is great, and whatever is left of the jewelry is moved right into the pocketbook area. And it’s very cramped there. I could barely get my shopping cart through. And since visiting since before Christmas they have changed the store layout again and I didn’t really like the setup. Probably just...
