This was the first day I had gone dress shopping, I was SO excited to go look at dresses, and I had seen nothing but good reviews about this company. Well, be prepared to be let down. We were on our way there, and COULDN'T EVEN FIND where she was located! Then I called to get directions on how to get there, and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Once we FINALLY get figure out where it is, we waited, and waited and waited after ringing the door bell several times. I just decided to call her, and what do you know, SHE ISN'T EVEN THERE! She answers the phone and said I had scheduled an appointment for FRIDAY, okay, I work 9-6 M-F, why on earth would I even consider scheduling an appointment when I am working?! I told the receptionist, or whoever answered my call the day I scheduled the appointment that I needed the appointment to be on a Saturday and asked for the availability for SATURDAYS, and she STILL scheduled me on a FRIDAY. She then asks if we can sit and wait for her while she comes back to the shop, she said it will take her 15 minutes TOPS, alright, fine, we wait. 20 minutes pass and she STILL isn't there! So we leave, only to have her call me 5 minutes later and ask us to come back. She was EXTREMELY rude on the phone as well, I told her we were not coming back and she wanted NOTHING to do with that, so she started speaking over me, which is not okay! You do not speak over someone who is willing to dish out that kind of money on a dress! I will never recommend this bridal shop to any of my friends or family. This was such a waste of my time, my money, and my efforts to find a dress. I have never been so disappointed in my life.

PSA: Save your time and money and go somewhere that will actually help you and be there. Even David's Bridal is better...

Save yourself disappointment, hassle, time, money. Do NOT take your dress here. I needed a bridesmaids dress altered and took it to Alex Fashions. During my initial visit, I was told that the dress could not be taken out (although there were 3 seams built into to the dress with extra fabric on the inside). Upon pick up, the dress was hemmed so short that it was up to my ankles without the 2.5 inch heels that I wore during the initial fitting. In an effort to salvage the dress, I took it to another seamstress for a consult, and sure enough the dress could be taken out and fits me perfectly now, except of course for the length being too short. Due to how short it is, I’m unfortunately unable to wear the dress and had to rush ship another dress 2 weeks away from my sister’s wedding. Terribly disappointing experience – This place lacks the competence to do alterations and treats their customers poorly. I truly cannot recommend these women enough! They were all so wonderful and helpful throughout the bridal alteration process. They helped make great recommendations regarding the alterations which helped make the dress fit me better and look good on my body. They really helped make my décolletage area look BEAUTIFUL with a very subtle classy clevage area. They also helped me alter my rehersal dinner dress which was 2 sizes too big and WOW!!! It fit me like a glove and made me feel amazing and beautiful! Like I said, everyone was so helpful! They were great about rescheduling appointments as well which can sometimes be difficult for me due to my job hours. I'm sad my wedding process if over because going here for my appointment was always so fun! I felt like I was in the presence of family!
