Ethan Allen — Local services in Town of Pittsford

It has been my experience that Ethan Allen in Victor at the Eastview Mall provides the utmost customer service. My family and I have been a customer for over 10 years. While waiting for new construction, I recently sold my house and moved into a beautiful, luxurious apartment building. I had Ethan Allen design and supply everything. Selma designed a look in line with my lifestyle and the building - that everyone has been complementing! I asked Selma to do everything. She showed me how my place was going to look via 3D computer graphic renderings which helped me as a visual learner. Even so, it was difficult for me to believe everything was going to look as good as Selma's design but she knows what she is doing and you have to trust her. Even when I had some some doubts, I was so glad she provided me some alternatives and veto options which made me more comfortable and feel part of the process. There are still some finishing touches left to do to fully complete the design, but I am confident that both Selma and owner Jared Roth will work with me so that I am completely satisfied. I am probably one of their worst customers who asks too many questions, changes mind often, needs a lot of attention, and wants what I can't have, so if Selma and her team can do it for me, I am sure she can do it for you....

My first experience with Ethan Allen was positive and customer-focussed! I visited the store to view bedroom furniture, and worked with Eleena. She was friendly and enthusiastic. She listened carefully to my insterests, questions and concerns and was responsive to my needs. To help me decide on a "finish", she suggested pulling fabrics from the two color families I liked, to see how they paired with the various wood finish options. She guided me through the process of choosing, using both her design and product knowledge, as well as listening, making suggestions and most importantly allowing me time, to think about it for a few days. She welcomed me to check in periodically on status of completion of the the pieces, and when I did my calls were always received in a prompt, pleasant, and professional manner. I enjoyed working with Eleena! She was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate her kindness and input! The delivery experience was also positive. I was notified once all the pieces arrived, and I appreciate that the service center was very flexible in sceduling the delivery day and time. Pure Pleasure working with Ethan Allen! Designer, Eleena, was so knowledgeable, talented and wonderful to work with. She was able to listen and translate my rather vague vision into beautiful design and placement ideas for my home. Eleena was there from our first meeting to her presentation of the rendering to the hands on final visit. She made me want her to redesign my entire home! Can’t say enough about the precision of placement, care and knowledge of Jake and Rafael. They took extra time to advise on care of each piece and where to get assistance if needed. I have never worked with a more caring, knowledgeable and pleasant team, making the entire experience a total pleasure not to mention how beautiful everything looks!
