I came in today for a facial with Christine. When you first walk in, itās extremely inviting. I was greeted by multiple, very helpful and kind individuals. In particular, a young gentleman at the front counter, always makes you feel so welcome! There is also this wonderful person who helped me find a fragrance, she is always there in the main product area and she is just so sweet. I literally had her smelling my wrist to get her opinion on the scent and She didnāt make me feel weird at all lol. They really make you feel welcome.
Christine came out to get me for my facial. She is the sweetest and kindest person, you just really feel like she cares about your needs including your skin health and understanding the importance of self-care. The entire experience was extremely relaxing, but at the same time very clinical in nature, in a good way. I knew I was getting quality products from somebody with vast experience. She brings you through the spa and into a private room where she does a brief consultation to see how youāre feeling and what needs you might have. I have dry skin so we discussed my needs and then she let me get ready for the service. I felt completely comfortable, and so relaxed the entire time. There is nice music playing, and the table was warm. Christine is extremely professional and Knowledgeable, but at the same time, very warm. Sheās very good at reading her clients to know what their needs are, whether youāre looking to relax and need quiet or if you want to chat. The most amazing part of the entire service is how incredible she is at her job, sheās extremely thorough From start to finish. And she not only excels at skincare and the newest, latest and greatest techniques including extractions, utilizing different techniques to ensure the products melt into your skin but also she is a wonderful masseuse. She rubs your shoulders, your neck, your head, your hands, your arms, I almost fell asleep a couple of times. What really stands out with Christine is that she keeps notes and remembers what your preferences are and remembers your specific skin type. It just makes you feel important. I left feeling extremely relaxed, but with the most glowing beautiful skin. There is also no pressure to buy anything, but if you do have any questions about product, sheās extremely knowledgeable and will make recommendations but in no way do you feel any pressure. I highly recommend Scott Miller and Christine. Thank you so...

I just had a highlight done with Avery. Everything she did was fine. It wasnāt until after the highlights were done that my experience turned awful. Nathaniel came to get me to wash and blow dry my hair. He was extremely awkward and had no people skills whatsoever. I could tell right away that they had assigned me someone who was in training and very new to the hairstyling business. Another employee had to guide him in everything he did, from washing my hair to brushing to blow drying. Not once was I ever asked if I was ok having a trainee do my hair. If I had known how poor his skills were I would have said NO. But at this point I was too uncomfortable to say anything and didnāt want to offend him. When he was blow drying my hair he literally dropped the hairdryer ON my shoulder and then it fell on the ground and he didnāt even acknowledge that it happened or apologize! I had to ask HIM if he was ok! At that point the employee who was training him heard the noise and came and took over, but from the wash to the blow dry my experience had already been ruined. I seriously had to hold back tears during the blow dry, I was so upset. I never get my hair done, I was only treating myself to highlights because I received a $125 gift card for my birthday. This was supposed to be a pamper yourself kind of day but now I just feel embarrassed. I thought Scott Miller was a good salon, WHY would you let someone like that work on a customer?? I realize you have to learn somehow but you should at least be able to hold a hairdryer before you style a customers hair!! And after 20 minutes of blow drying it didnāt even look good! I said I wanted waves and it was totally flat. Very disappointed. I went to Scott Miller because I trusted that all their employees were experienced professionals, but instead I felt like I was paying to let my niece do my hair. Really unacceptable, Iām still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlison was the most unprofessional rude and disrespectful colorist Iāve ever encountered in my life. She was the substitute I was given when my normal colorist we out sick. Alison was 45 minutes late to start my appointment (no apologies from her), then tried to charge me more than what I had confirmed with the salon as the cost the day before, (so even though she was the lowest level junior colorist she tried to charge me a higher price than my normal high level colorist for the same work!). She disappeared indefinitely half way through the appointment which left me no choice but to find a manager to let them know I was just randomly abandoned- the manager told me āsheās having a bad day.ā Alison couldnāt even part my hair and the whole time was complaining about her personal problems with her boyfriend and kids and mental health. She wasnāt able to even finish my hair and just walked away and gave up. The salon did NOTHING to address it. In fact when I spoke with the same manager who witnessed it all and told me she was having a bad day, the manager later denied saying that.
Throughout the entire appointment I was as kind and compassionate as anyone could be, giving her encouragement and support and pretending that everything was ok just to help her along, yet I was treated the opposite from her and the salon. Iāve found a new amazing salon and hope no one else has to be treated the way Alison treated me. I normally only leave positive reviews because I feel bad to say anything negative, but given the experience, I wouldnāt want others to have to go...
