We checked-in (party of 8) and has been told to wait 45 mins to 1hr. We said okay since we want to be in 1 table together . More than 30 mins. Passed (we follow up with them and they said it was only for 36 mins. Of Waiting and not yet 45 mins. So we have to wait and we waited which is okay.
We Asked about table of 4 and 4 to make it faster but they said it’s not guaranteed to be close to each other and the lady at the front said there’s one table of 8 that the customers are already boxing their foods. So we decided to wait . As we waited it was already 45 to 50 mins of waiting. We saw people that was Also around 7 including kids. They took them after less than 5 mins of waiting. So we complain about it. They said they were only 7 with little Kids with a high chair but we are 8 so we won’t fit on that table of 6.
The ugly and sad part was that when the “manager” Ryan Rogo , explain it to us. He talked to us not really nicely. His voice was loud. We felt that He gaslighted the whole situation, instead of helping us feel better and helping us understand the situation in a “kind manner”.
He doesn’t have a little empathy to those people WHO PATIENTLY WAITED FOR 55 mins.
They said it’s not an hour yet and they said we have to wait for 1 hr. I did made a timer of 5 more mins. (To complete the 1 hour) . And nothing happens…. The manager said “we can’t force the customers to leave” which we know about that. But THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THAT POSSIBILITY. We were holding on to that 45 mins. to 1 hr. time frame that they told us. We never heard any one of them at the front apologizing about the situation.
They offered us the tall table of 4 but ONLY after we waited 55 mins already. They could have told us about that tall table when we asked about the 4 person table earlier. But NOPE, they never mentioned that option to us.
We ended up leaving the restaurant. Everyone was already disappointed, sad and hungry. Ryan Rogo could have handled the situation differently. He Could have handled it with a little empathy (knowing that we already waited for an hour).
WE WERE NEVER FELT WELCOMED AND VALUED. We left the restaurant and they texted us that the table was ready but it was already OVER AN HOUR. Sad, disappointed...

After seeing this I didn't want to eat any of the food we brought, it was 6 of us so no one ate their food we got there kind of late so we didn't have too much time to finish our food but no problem we can take it home and eat I was ok with that I called the store immediately and the so called manager ( Alex ) on duty told me they would refund me because I stated to him I'm not eating any of this food he agreed and told me just come in tomorrow and I'll leave a note for the next manager on duty because I won't be here not only did he not leave the message when I arrived today I spoke to a manager who then interned told me he was going to get a GM because he couldn't handle the issue a guy named Ryan came out and he told me that they don't refund people so now they want me to speak to a GM. At this point I'm just getting the run-around I spent $170 and they offered me $50 back that is not acceptable I will call my credit card to dispute this charge. The reason that I even went here is because I have family members that work there and they was telling me and my wife how good the food is so I said let's go now since none of had eaten yet any way that was a mistake never again I'm not only upset about the bug in our food but the fact I brought all that food back and now they're trying not to refund me. Ordered our food and waited and waited, food finally came appetizer AND entries all at once, COLD! Customer one table over, vaping, we told the waiter we did not appreciate, he spoke to individual. I can not understand how you could possibly have 4.3 stars.
Very unlikely I will be back and would not advise anyone I know to come here.
2/25/2024 Daughter had gift cards so we reluctantly came back, had reservations for 6:30, 6 people, were seated at 6:50 pm. Sat for almost half hour before anyone came to the table. She acted like a supervisior and explained that the regular server was on break as he had been working since the morning. She said she was covering for him until he came back to work. She took our orders and got water for us. We then sat for 30-40 minutes when the server that was responsible for the table came back. He said you have been waiting a long time let me check on your orders. H e found that they had never been ordered with the kitchen, he came back a few minutes later to tell us that several items we had ordered were not available. We made other selections. He then came back and said the manager was going to comp us each a slice of cheesecake, a nice gesture but not enough to fix the evening. The food started arriving in spits and spurts taking probably 20 more miutes to compete. My wife and I have been to the Cheesecake Factory probably 6 or 8 time since they opened.
