We have purchased many appliances from Pattons because we like to support local businesses. However we’ve had a few bad experiences that need to be shared. We received the wrong oven that we had ordered a few months back but ultimately decided to keep it because it would have been too much to get it back there, wait for the correct one, etc. so, I let that one slide. But most recently we’ve had an issue dealing with a nasty repairman. Our fridge ice maker became broken after having it for just about a year, so naturally we call pattons to repair since we purchased the 5 year protection plan they have. The repair man was very unfriendly on the phone & then gave no warning or time frame of when he’d be out 4 days later. I assumed he would atleast call us on the way considering my husband and I both have jobs that we would need to accommodate around. Of course, he just shows up without a notice meanwhile I’m scrambling to end a conference call early as I work from home & hear continuous banging on my door. When I greeted him he looked annoyed and said nothing to me. I felt uncomfortable being disrespected by a man in my own house, luckily my husband was able to come home quickly. Please start treating your loyal customers with respect and teach your repair guys to call in advance or give a window time notice like...
Read moreI had a miserable experience with Patton's. I believe in supporting local business and paid a little more to buy a refrigerator from them. Problems quickly developed with the unit. It would not maintain a temperature above 30 in refrigerator and food was freezing. We called Whirlpool to get a second opinion. After 3 visits from their designated service company, it was discovered that the model had a known problem and there was no solution yet. Whirlpool finally agreed to buy back the refrigerator. You can be sure we will not shop at Patton's again. While we want to support local businesses, we expect local businesses to provide some support for their customers. Patton's...
Read morewe had a very bad experience with the staff at Patton's.Robin has no clue on how to treat customers. That explain why there is never anybody in the store.we then went to Pucci's and we were treated like family.that's where we'll deal with from now on,they were very friendly, very helpful and they were all dressed respectfully nice.At Patton's the lady we dealt with by the name of Robin doesn't know to wear descent clothes when you're working with the public she looked like she just got done mowing the lawn. The bottom line is don't waste your time going to Patton's but shop at Pucci's you'll be glad you did. P.S I tried to get a hold of the owner Mr Dave Lotter and he never returned my calls.Maybe he just doesn't care and...
