When I agreed to get a tablet along with my new phone, I was told it was “free.” No mention was made of the $40 activation fee which was added onto my bill in addition to the activation on my new phone. I was also told I had insurance on the phone and “free” tablet. I was also locked into a two year contract, which was also not mentioned. A very few months later, the tablet stopped functioning. I later noticed a crack in the screen. When I called I was told it was not covered under warrenty or insurance since it was cracked. The salesman also never added the insurance. We called and asked for a manager, and we were ignored for several days. When Aaron finally called back he was rude on the phone to me, very short, and said I needed to come into the store to work something out. Needless to say, nothing was worked out. He suggested a buy a used tablet in e-bay. He also actually made my bill higher by adding a $10 line plus $15 a month for a tablet I cannot use. I called Verizon on the 611 number and they said he COULD have added the insurance but it was just passed the enrollment period. The worst part and the most ironic thing was, I was forced to come into the store right before the enrollment period ended. I will never use this store again. We called again after speaking with Verizon and asked for Aaron’s boss. We were told he would call. I doubt that ever occurs. Not happy with the level of service this store provides. It’s like a used car lot which tries to suck you in and then does not provide a lemon...
Read moreOpening scene, it's a cold Winter afternoon when the warm the glow of the Verizon window peaked my interests. That's when Ethan Perry Aitken aka Scott greeted me immediately with a smile and a hot chocolate, from which I'm not sure where the coco came from, but the welcome was unsurpassed from any previous Verizon stop in. At first I was ready to break up with Version, but my my new Verizon therapist Ethan had me turn a new leaf. And with that my relationship, with Verizon was renewed. I instantly had memories of days at the park and nights snuggled on the couch eating popcorn flood back into my thoughts, ah Verizon love once again...and so close to Valentines Day too, bonus! If it wasn't for the leadership and superior customer service provided by this Verizon warrior, I would have walked out a Spectrum customer...but I was saved from the depths by Ethan. Weary from the morning early company meeting in Buffalo, this wonderful public servant mustard the energy to pull me and my old phone out of the trenches, where today I can write this stunning review of his courageous deeds that they will sing praises of for decades to come! All hail Ethan, he should get a raise...a big one, not just a pen, although nice. From a very...
Read moreJen Pchelka who works at Verizon is a flat out racist. The last time I was in that store with my kids she constantly gave them the evil eye and they were not even doing anything out of the ordinary. Aaron Brewster withheld information pertaining to my account. I traded in an 11 pro max and I wanted to pay the difference on what was owed being that I was told that I would receive $1000 credit for my 11. So if that's true why is my balance $1175 if I want to buy the 13 pro max that I now have. Which means to me that I got nothing for my 11 pro max and was thrown into a 2 year contract that (Aaron Brewster) DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT!! So now I'm paying $1175 for the new 13 pro max for the next 24 months and my 11 pro max has been shipped away to "Egypt" this is a word to the wise. This hidden contract is a total scam, a rip off because why can't I just pay the difference for the 13 if you gave me 1000 for my 11 pro max....... WHY !!!!! The store number is D878201. Again Jennifer walked around smirking and provided nothing professional, she does however look down on black people and...
