I would NEVER recommend anyone to this jeweler. EVER!!!!!! So I ordered a pair of earrings online for my fiancĆ©ās birthday. They sent me confirmation through email of my order being ready and then shortly after called me and ruined the surprise right in front of my fiancĆ©. Then I pick the item up and itās not at all what I was expecting. A couple days later I go to return the earrings and end up standing in the store for over TWO hours while watching the staff sit around eating chips and joking and laughing. They told me that my receipt had been misplaced and went on to call a whole bunch of different support numbers before I finally left the store. Before I left they told me that they would get ahold of me before the end of the day and refund my car d. They did in fact end up calling me and said that my money should be on my card within a couple of hours which it was. The next day I wake up and check my banking app to see that the statement from my Kayās return has just simply disappeared and that there is none of my returned money in my account any longer. I called them at 10am when they opened and spoke to a woman who went on to tell me that refunds donāt ever happen within hours but that they take up to 5 business days? Iām about to call corporate here shortly because they still have my earrings and I have no money. DONāT make the mistake of buying from this company itās been nothing but a headache. I always got jewelry from Zales but they moved from my location. I always had a wonderfully pleasant experience buying from Zales but figured Iād give Kay a chance. Worst...

She said the ring cleaner was not very clean, other peopleās rings had been cleaned in there and there wasnāt any disinfectant. Gross...She said I could wait...meaning she didnāt feel like helping me. I have to say I am glad she was honest about the situation but instead of offering the dirty service maybe they should close the ring cleaning for now....I opted to wait because of the person maybe more than the dirty factor but a large company like Kay should also figure it out like most companies have. Called again and spoke to a manager , Sue Ann, who provided us with more excuses (not knowing we already had been given plenty of those) she was not sympathetic to the run around we were getting and the fact that Christmas had come and gone without this gift. Instead of giving us the professional reassurance that we will be taken care of and try to save this sale, she was more willing to just give us our money back.
