Wingstop — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

I’ve been here twice already. Once during the soft opening and today on the day of their grand opening. the food has been great both times. i really like their tenders, they have a multitude of sauces and dry rubs to choose from. the cajun corn is good as well. the wait time was reasonable as they’re still learning the ropes, but for being brand new i think it was pretty good. the ice machine was out of ice and we asked them if it was a machine that made the ice or if it needed to be filled. it needed to be filled, and they filled it right when we asked. they also forgot my corn when bringing the food out, but one of the cooks/packers brought it out because he thought they forgot it which was very nice and saved having to go to the counter for a missing item. i will definitely continue to come back here. the only downside which doesn’t warrant a removal of stars for me, is they don’t have a garbage can for customers. a little strange but they might not have gotten one yet? overall, a good place and i’m happy we have one farther north in the...

Went on a Thursday night. Food took about 40 minutes to make. They were busy, so that's understandable - it's a good problem to have. We ordered online and got 50 wings, and 3 sides of fries in 4 different flavors/types. Our receipt had printed on it exactly what we ordered, but get home and open it up, and find they only gave us 2 flavors (proper number of wings given). Disappointed, considering we paid 100 bucks. It quickly reminded me why I generally make my own wings at the house for a quarter...

We went in on a Saturday night, was told it would be about a 25 minute wait because they just got hit with a ton of online orders. We decided to wait, we were eager to try a new place. Went ordered our food, then paid. Went out to sit in the car for 20 minutes, then went back inside and waited another 25 minutes before asking how much longer. Was told they can’t give a time, but were continuing to tell arriving customers 25 minute wait. So we asked for a refund. Left...
