Harbor Freight — Local services in Town of Queensbury

Harbor Freight is a fairly large store where the large variety of hand and power tools along with various accessories that would be required to use store and transport tools on the job. The store is new clean and very well-stocked. While we were there they were very busy and lines at the cash register of about 6 to 8 people waiting in line. if you are looking for a particular tool I would definitely recommend you check out Harbor Freight. I have used Harbor Freight tools for decades from when they were strictly a mail order company with catalogs and mail-in order forms or telephone ordering. Like a grown man toys r us.... however when I wanted a generator I had to order it. After a few weeks I got notice it was backordered. Ok so I waited a few more weeks and then called customer service. They said wait another month. I asked for a supervisor as wait a month was what I was told 2 weeks prior. I informed them of my intent to cancel. Suddenly it was in stock and would be shipped the following Monday. Well 24 later I was billed and it "shipped". Coming through FedEx and they don't actually have it. I did ask them if shipped meant actually shipped or just billed and waiting. Great selection and friendly staff. Most importantly everything listed with lifetime warranty is an extremely easy swap if you find your warranted item has broken or is defective. Getting a little annoying with the constant struggle checking out without renewing my inside track club membership. If I’m paying with my work credit card I don’t like the “even though it’s not your money you still won’t just swipe it to renew” comments. If I want it I’ll kindly let you know. Please don’t continue to try to guilt me three more times before I leave😂...
