If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I bought a samsung electric oven and Samsung refrigerator as a surprise gift for my wife. They show up with only the oven and say they never was told to bring refrigerator from warehouse. So I had to set up another appointment since no one called to tell me. I was then rescheduled for Friday because apparently they need a double appointment, one to deliver and install and the other to take away the old fridge. These services were prepaid already. So, the next delivery date comes and an email the night before for the 4 hour windows I need to be home for. Then during the time it was supposed to be delivered I get another email asking me to set up another appointment. I called and spoke to "Christopher" who explained that computers basically run the show and don't know how to fix an issue when the delivery isn't available. So after trying to explain they need another two appointments together because the guys delivering the refrigerator are not competent enough to remove the old one. After calming down I was given yet another appointment for 4 more days later. The night before I get the email giving me the 4 hour windows again. Next day during the 4 hour windows I get another email that my appointment has not been set up yet. Getting annoyed yet again I call and have to wait 30 mins on hold to speak to a supervisor "Anna" who claims they have the refrigerator but they need a different crew to come and haul my old one away and they are unavailable during my time frame. At this point I said I don't care when they haul the old one away just deliver the refrigerator anyway. She said she would have to get back to me anytime between 3-4 hours from now but still couldn't guarantee I would get the delivery. I have never experienced such incompetence in a major store like this. I canceled the order and bought the same refrigerator from PC Richards with FREE delivery and installation. Should have went there first. I WILL NEVER SHOP...

For retail it couldn't be a more pleasant place to shop (& work as I heard directly from one employee)! I love this place!

EVERY time I visit I am immediately approached by the Greeter no matter where they are. Usually I know where I'm headed, but if not they are more than happy to direct me. The Customer Service Desk is always willing to help as well. Then there is Geek Squad who are terrific!

Monday (3/24/2021) I came in pretty sure I was going to need to buy a new computer. While Scott worked on seeing to mine, Tim escorted me to look at a new one. Both knew I'm on a budget, but also need professional capability & Tim kindly showed me 3 different models then ultimately steered me toward the one he said would be the best based on my needs, which wound up being the "higher end" computer at the "lower end" price! Scott then explained the transfer would be ready in a few days, but he called me the very next day! I met with Riley today (Wednesday, 3/26/2021) & he gave me a very thorough rundown of the differences between my old Lenovo & my new Samsung! He was willing to go through additional questions that popped up too, even though I was just there to pick up the computer! All 3 of these young men were extremely gracious, kind, & knowledgeable! They truly know the meaning of customer service.
