Rated 2/5 due to an interaction between associates I witnessed. Details on interaction are at the bottom.
Surprisingly well organized for a HomeGoods. You expect from a store that has that large of a selection of items for there to be a little chaos amongst the shelves but this one was kept very tidy. Good selection of items. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly helpful and warm/kind.
Interaction between employees: I heard a woman berating and being hostile to what I assumed to be an associate, regarding hangers. "Why aren't there hangers here. There were just hangers here. Where were they moved. Why were they moved." Etc. This woman wasn't allowing the associate to answer/kept yelling over her. Her tone was so hostile. I made my way over because I assumed it was a customer being rude to an employee, and maybe another retail customer (me) could have diffused the situation. Unfortunately when I got there, I saw that the woman berating the employee had a name tag on. Valerie. Valerie was being so hostile towards the fellow staff member, it truly seemed like an Human Resources problem. Even if the associate stocked the hangers in the plates section... nothing warrants being spoken to like that in a professional environment. It was toxic. It made me, the customer, feel anxious and uncomfortable, I can't imagine how the associate on the receiving end of Valerie's...

Read moreStaff is highly unhelpful and the pink haired (manager?) is extremely curt and rude. I received two separate gift cards for Christmas from family members and during checkout there was an issue with one of the gift cards, it only took off an odd amount while the gift card was worth much more. I ended up paying out of pocket the rest because no one was willing to help or even look further into the issue. When the receipt printed, suddenly the remaining balance is listed on it (the exact amount I initially told both associates), when I asked to speak with someone to ensure this issue wouldn’t happen next time, still the same curt, dismissive and rude responses. Very sad because this used to be my home store and now I refuse to give them my business. Why be rude to the people who keep...
