Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

Worst Starbucks location!! No one that works there cares or get orders correct. One time I went I asked for a caramel iced coffee with milk and sugar. I pull up to receive my order and I overhear the employees talking to each other about how they forgot to put sugar in but still just hands me the cup. I just take it thinking hey I don’t need the sugar anyway, drink was disgusting. Another time I went I asked for a large drink the employee assumed grande, which is their medium. I get why she could assume that so ok fine but I would like an actual large. First she tells me she would have to refund me and charge me again. I guess she didn’t want to go through the hassle and decides to give me the larger one without charging extra. I watch exactly what she does. Pour the smaller drink into the larger cup, pour more milk and add more ice. Drink was disgusting. Smh. This location gives Starbucks such a bad name because there really are great locations. I was so close to calling corporate but did not want to risk anyone...

Stepped into the store placed my order my sandwich and my drink did not get a receipt for my order I got my sandwich never got my drink waited more than half an hour they took few customers from the drive through and from behind me on line I approached the girls in the store asking them to prepare my order as they are taking customers after me before me I approached them three times still did not get my drink I left the store unhappy tried to file a complaint with the head quarter I called four times and I got disconnected Bathroom is very dirty girls are very confused unprofessional they touch the food with their hand no gloves their hair is uncovered when touching and serving the food I think they need to be a visited by the department of health to learn how they should serve the food keep their store clean and serve their customer the proper way...

UPDATE: One of the most horrible experiences of my life. After waiting in drive through for almost half hour then deciding to go into the store, waiting another 30 mins there I get screamed at by a barrista after I asked another barrista when I should expect my order. Mind you the barrista I asked was not the one that screamed. The woman was not in her right mind. Starbucks check out other reviews of this store and please send secret shoppers there to see for yourself what customers have to deal with. You have lost a daily customer forever. OLD REVIEW: This is a drive-through Starbucks. The car lines are VERY long and the service is bad I like to get my dose of coffee and a small bite meal here when I come to the big box stores that are in the same shopping center.
