I’m not really sure what kind of customer service is expected at a store like this but I have been shopping here for years and have never had an issue. Everything is pretty much self service as everything is out so if you need a different size they don’t have it. It is the only store out here where you can grab a $49 sweater that looks good and lasts through my washer and dryer. They have $18 tshirts I use as layering pieces and have lasted for years. Do not go here especially if you’re a POC. My friends and I were finding crew necks and doing our best to fold them up (but it’s not my job to make sure things look perfect - I’m not on their pay roll.) Flashback’s is a first-class operation. The owner gave me expert fashion advice. For example, I could not decide what color cargo pants would match the aqua green tank top I was wearing. She told me the light grey one would work. The customers in the store agreed with her, so I bought that.
There is a wide variety of goods, all at reasonable prices. My cargo pants cost only $20.
