I tried both “REST” and “RELIEF”. Let me share about the “REST”. I took as directed and I was surprised in how well I slept and felt the next morning. Normally I don’t have trouble falling asleep, it’s staying asleep that I struggled with. With “REST”, I am know able to remain asleep. It calms my body and I feel like a switch is shut off so I’m not waking up stressing or over thinking about what I need to do the next day. I rise feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and never groggy. Now, “RELIEF” is honestly a miracle. I’ve suffered from inflammation, arthritis, severe pain to the point I wasn’t able to go up and down the stairs.
