Last week, a sentimental ring I wear daily inexplicably became stuck on my finger, causing swelling and requiring removal. I first tried another jeweller in town, but found them to be rude and short tempered, and they told me to “just go to the hospital”. The moment I entered London Jewelers, the staff was sympathetic to my situation and understood how upset I was to have the ring cut off. Andy carefully and patiently cut off my somewhat complicated Cartier Trinity ring, and believed it would even be able to be repaired. Read moreI had the worst experience with the manager today. After entering the store, the manager did not greet me but greeted a couple who entered the store after me. The manager called for assistance and when the sales associate came to the counter, she asked who was next; The lady that was waiting made a point of saying that I was next to be helped; However, the manager was clearly aware that the couple entered the store after me but directed the salesperson to help that couple instead of me. This was during the stressful COVID times when the watch supply was at all time low, and I've been to many other boutique stores that were quite rude and condescending during that time.
