Was looking for a specific skate sneaker (limited release nike sneaker), called up the shop (a different store told me to check there) and spoke with someone named Matt. They assured me they had exactly what I wanted, they can see it right from where they are sitting and if I can stop by today they will hold them for me. They must have even googled the specific sneaker I was looking for because they even told me about specific details on the sneaker. They had one pair left, and although it wasn't in my size it was in one of my kids size and I'm not even sure if we would have worn them, may have kept them as art work. ANYWAY, drive all the way to Southampton. Get to the store, and the workers have no idea what I'm talking about, I let them know I spoke with Matt. Young man proceeds to walk to the office to speak with Matt who tells the worker to tell me that hes not there and went to one of the stores other locations. I had literally spoken to this guy less then an hour ago, but stuff happens. I ask if he can call Matt to find out where the sneakers are that he had put on the 'side' for me to buy and he told me I should come back later. So at this point I'm pretty upset, I had taken time off work to drive all the way there for these sneakers. A female employee comes back and asks me what is wrong, I tell her about the sneakers and speaking with Matt. I tell her the sneakers I'm looking for, and she isn't sure why Matt told me the store has them because they don't have them, didn't have them, and are not getting them. I only gave 2 starts instead of one because of the young lady that was honest with me. As someone who works in the customer service industry its a little RISKY (not knowing how someone will react)to tell someone you have something or promise someone something as a JOKE or to just get them to come into the store, then not even come out of your office to deal with it and possibly risk your employees or coworkers having to deal with an...
Read moreHi, good afternoon.
I would like to share my experience on the afternoon of August 23. When I went to purchase some products, I noticed that the service was unpleasant: the girls attending simply threw my items onto the counter, without saying “thank you” or informing me of the total amount to pay, assuming that I would know it.
I believe that customer service is fundamental, and it would be good to consider reinforcing friendliness and communication in the service.
Thank you for...
Read moreCustomer service is absolutely horrible. I have contacted them 4 times about a return I need to make within their 30 day return policy and my emails have all been ignored. I was able to get a woman on the phone last week who told me she would make sure this was taken care of and I have still not gotten a return authorization. Very disappointed with this store and do...
