The owners and employees at this UPS Store are the absolute best! They are kind, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to give exceptional service. I feel badly for them that Sag Harbor has had an infiltration of rude and entitled people who are not invested in the area. When I was in there the other day, a man was screaming into his AirPods to his Manhattan doorman, while an employee was patiently trying to assist him. We all politely said nothing as he stood there and had his tantrum. The service and courtesy at this store is some of the best you will find.
