I was planning a birthday celebration last minute and didn’t have the time to organize an itinerary. But no worries at all! The team handled everything for me. They put together a perfect plan, and all I had to do was choose from the options they gave me. The level of professionalism was top-notch throughout the entire process. The coordination was seamless, and it really felt like they wanted to make my day special. I was able to play the music I liked in the vehicle, which added a personal touch to the experience. Our driver, Katherine, was absolutely amazing. She was so much fun and really made our first wine tour experience unforgettable! Made us feel comfortable since it was also our first time in the area. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the energy up throughout the day. It felt like having a friend show us around, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Read moreThe wineries were mediocre, and the limo bus was fine. One of our friends got car sick on the way back, and some of us needed to use bathroom. We had to beg the driver a long time for him to reluctantly stop. Our friend who was car sick couldn’t help herself but throw up mostly in a bag, and a little of it on the bus floor and then we tried to clean it and comfort her. The driver was extremely unhappy and said we needed to pay a fine, which was ok because we signed a contract. But in my opinion, the charge could have been avoided if the driver made the stop at the time we requested. Some of us felt unfair and talked to the manager on phone about it, and they verbally agreed to charge a fair amount under $250.
After the trip, one day without any notice we were charged $500, which was very surprising because the contract says minimum $250 and we didn’t expect $500. We then argued with them, and they wrote in the email trying to guilt trip us - their verbatim was “the group was trying to hide the vomit” and said the vehicle was cleaned 3 times. Why would we attempt to hide the vomit when we literally told the driver and called the manager? We requested the cleaning receipt because we felt the amount was not fair and they could have charged arbitrarily, but they never sent us receipt. They did refund us $200 at last, after long and draining conversations, but still didn’t send any cleaning receipts. Unfortunately a day after I booked, I had to unfortunately cancel due to the Canadian wild fires, that cause the air quality to be extremely hazardous. Despite these hazardous conditions, the company refused to give me a refund, any form of compensation or alternative arrangement. They were consistently trying to push to proceed with their tour without any consideration for my health or the health of their patrons. Their lack of empathy and understanding was extremely disheartening and disgusting. Aside from that, the customer service is TRASH!!! The owner Michael, not only ignored many of my emails, he called screaming saying I’m making up the air quality being hazardous (despite it being on the news & nyc’s sky being orange), he also threatened not only me but my party as well. He said he would find where we work and would “make” us lose our jobs because my party decided to express (on google reviews) how dissatisfied we were with their service. Truly I’ve never encountered a more terrible business.
