Problems with car starter installation. Bought before christmas, 1st available appointment for installation was Jan 25. On Sat Jan 23 they called and cancelled my appointment and said they didnt have a technician. Told me to call another location and specified which one. I called customer service corporate Geek Squad and they set me up for an appointment 3 days later because the online reservation system said I would have to wait another 4 weeks, so they controled that reservation system and got me in. I went and was told i had to go away. They didnt schedule enough time for them to do the work. While there he rescheduled me for the next week, and said he'd take care of me. Its 2.5 hour installation appointment. I just received my confirmation for that appointment and its at another location. I am getting no answers to any either locations to see where I am supposed to go tomorrow. Nobody answers any department phone call. Read moreI had a great experience with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. We bought a new Samsung TV during the holidays that had and issue. The tech on the phone determined in 5 minutes what the problem was and suggested I go into the Victor store to make arrangements to exchange for a new TV. The Geek Squad brought a new TV out to the house, hooked it all up again with no questions asked. Couldn't be happier.
