Our relationship begins in March of 2016 when my husband and I stroll into a jewelry store in the mall. My husband was looking to buy our daughter her 1st diamond earrings for her 21st birthday. Mariah was our 1st salesperson, she was great and has since moved on, this was our 1st interaction with Angela, who was fantastic. She was so interested in us and what we were celebrating. We walked out of there feeling great about our purchase and where we were spending our money. It was easy to return in April when we were considering a classic timepiece for our son’s 18th birthday. This visit is where we met Brandon who we also instantly connected with and who also has since moved on and has been missed at every visit since his departure. Angela and Brandon were a dynamic duo for sure!!! On Christmas morning 2016, my husband, my dear sweet husband waited for all the gifts to be opened, he took me by my hand and sat me down. He reached into the Christmas tree and pulled out a tiny box wrapped in what I now know as “Reeds” paper!!! He surprised me with a gorgeous diamond cluster ring! This “gift in the tree” has continued almost every year since and is safe to call it a tradition at this point, all of the purchases from Reed’s. It is basically a right of passage to get a gift from Reed’s in this family. I feel it necessary to share these details so you can see how 2016 was the beginning of Reeds being brought into now almost a decade of momentous occasions, across generations and always bringing the sparkle to all of it! While we have worked with some great sales people over our time, none of which really compare to Angela. I brought my mother’s diamond set that I had inherited in that needed repair and it was Angela that helped me through the tears and made me feel safe about leaving such a treasured family gift with the bench jeweler at Reed’s. She has been the constant in every single transaction that has either transpired or was in the process of being created. From the moment you enter the store Angela is able to both continue with her current customer while acknowledging you like a lifelong friend. We always feel like rockstars when we enter Reed’s. Whether the search begins with Angela or not she always gets involved. She loves to be involved and wants to know what we’re celebrating and always brings her knowledge and suggestions in the most professional and attentive ways. Some may call Angela old school, and we would agree! We would go even further to say that is exactly what we love most about her. It’s why she has the rapport she has with customers, it is what brings us back time and time again, her old school ways of being invested in our family is what other stores are missing! Angela is tied to most of the pieces that we all own including our future Daughter and Son in laws have been welcomed to this club. Angela’s straightforward ways and kindness is what we will miss the most when she leaves the store in April. My husband and I went into Reeds in Henrietta about 9 years ago looking for an engagement ring. We didn't know anything about diamonds at the time. We sat down with Angela who explained all about cut, clarity and styles. She showed us a ton of different diamonds & settings and after spending a couple hours with her, we finally found the perfect one! Angela treated us like family! She was amazing to work with! She didn't pressure us into anything and helped us to find the perfect diamond at the perfect price! We had such a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring, that we also purchased our wedding bands from her a few weeks later! We've never experienced customer service like that anywhere else!

Fast forward 9 years and we just had another amazing experience with Angela! My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade the diamond in my ring, so I contacted Angela and setup an appointment for Saturday morning. When we walked into the store we were greeted right away by her. She remembered us like it was just yesterday that we were in there! We picked up right where we left off 9 years ago! You don't get customer service like that anywhere else! Angela already had several diamonds picked out for us to look at since she knew we were coming. We looked through them and she explained even more about the different cuts/clarity and showed us which diamonds were the best quality for the price! We spent a couple hours looking at diamonds and finally decided on the perfect one. That perfect one just happened to be the one she picked out for us the night before we arrived! When we were picking out our engagement ring at Reeds we didn't realize at the time what a special role this store and the jewelry manager, Angela, would play in our wedding. Angela guided us in finding the perfect band and picking a brilliant diamond. I've been excited to show off my beautiful engagement ring for the past three years as we planned our wedding. We had a small hiccup when the diamond fell out of the engagement ring a week after the proposal. Angela personally saw to our complete satisfaction and Reeds actually ended up remaking the band to make it more secure. We were even more pleased with the engagement ring afterwards. Angela again helped us find wedding bands that perfectly complement the engagement ring and our personal preferences. She helped us take advantage of in-store deals that we didn't even know about. And, she helped coordinate ordering and picking up the bands in a way that fit our wedding and travel schedules, since we no longer lived in town but wanted to remain Reeds customers. Right before our wedding, we brought our engagement ring to get polished, but the jeweler was unavailable. Angela once again came to the rescue and found a way to have another jewler out of town polish the ring in time for the wedding! Our wedding was beautiful and we can't keep our eyes off our new wedding bands. We would highly recommend Reeds to any soon-to-be engaged or married couples.
