This is an awesome snowboard and surf shop that we are very fortunate to have right here in the ROC. You'll get stoked as soon as you walk in and see the giant screen playing videos of all things shred. There is a huge selection of gear for snowboarding-boots, goggles, helmets, baselayers, gloves, jackets, bibs, ect. for men, women and kids. They seem to be mainly a Burton dealer based on their selection but they also carry Rome, Jones, Bataleon, and Gentemstick snowboards. They have a great demo program in store and at resorts on select dates, so you can try before you buy. I don't wakeboard so I can't speak to those products but they sell various boards and lots of related gear/accessories. Staff is friendly and very helpful! They truly know how to run a business and cater to their customers. I recommend going here over the Ski Company in Rochester if you're a snowboarder because they are truly snowboard centered and FAR more knowledgeable on gear to suit your riding needs. It's a little on the pricier side (which is true for Burton in general) but Neon Wave along with Burton have fantastic customer service and great warranties on their products - which makes the purchase worth it. They also have a great end of season sale that is must shop due to the deals you can score in past season gear. They also will price match if the brand of the product you want has a sale price online (I was able to score $100 bucks off an awesome anon helmet because of this!).

I was really excited to order a nice new Patagonia wetsuit for nearly half off. I went based of my exact measurements and their sizing guide and the wetsuit was so tight I couldn't get it on any part of my body without help and it cut off circulation to my limbs. Neon Wave said I could not exchange it for another size at all because they considered it "final sale". It's not clearly marked that final sale means no exchanges on the purchase page. Also according the the Better Business Bureau that does not include falsely advertised sizing. I tried really hard to be reasonable and respectful since this is a smaller business but this is just really bad and unsustainable business practices. Luckily Patagonia is an awesome company and they are allowing me to trade in and exchange for my size even though I didn't purchase it from them because they promote sustainability and respect their warranty and loyal customers. It's a real shame because I was about to recommend this shop to my other dive friends because of the deals. Good luck y'all. Hope you change your practice...
