Horrible. See my comments Entered the store; after 2 mins I spent $50 with virtually no assistance from 3 ladies hanging at the register. Asked if someone could retrieve an item in the window display (so I wouldn’t disrupt anything). Paid my debt and was told there was no bag to fit my purchase— through no fault of the caring clerk! So, she resorted to using 2 small USED pieces of flat bubble wrap to wrap around the item’s wall hanging cord using scotch tape. Since the surface of the item was slick and tape was as weak, it didn’t work. Within a few yards-/ I entered nearby JCPenney, I fortunately heard a drop. It was the attached items hung by a string to the back of the item. I’m sure had I gotten home and not noticed, the store would have blamed me. How can you sell and item and not have a bag to fit it? The owner needs to invest in a NEW roll of bubble wrap and secure tape if she wants to run a fragile gift shop!!! No wonder Amazon is killing Hallmark and other stores! No surprise and will be no loss to our community with poor...
