FYE — Local services in Town of Wallkill

Been there twice . Both times their sound system was loudly blaring music with over the top horrible distortion. They are evidently using the same sound system designed just for occasional voice messages to blast music I could not wait to get out of there. The extreme distortion was very offensive. Talking to other customers while there revealed they felt the same way!

Terrible. Absolutely no Blu rays or DVDs, the vinyl/ CD collection is as minimal as minimal can be. All it is now is a bunch of random expensive collectables and oddities you can find in the OTHER 3 stores in the mall. Makes no sense to open this store at all and get everybody's hopes up. Customer service is a 5/5, but corporate wise, this gets a one star. Terrible idea to revamp FYE. Went and checked it out today and not sure what people didn’t like.I remember the original Fye and honestly no the charm will never fully be there like the original stores.but there’s some genuinely cool stuff in here.There is a lot of other stores like box lunch ,Spencer’s,hot topic etc. that are similar . but i found stuff here you can’t find anywhere else in the mall .
