Rojas Collectibles — Local services in Town of Wallkill

I first discovered Rojas on a Instagram add showing the upcoming grand opening of this new store. I decided to check it out and it did not disappoint. Not only did he have every Funko imaginable including so many grails and chases he also had a full stock of figures, apparel, Rare Squishmallow’s and even Pokémon and other TCG products. Since the grand opening I have visited multiple times and always leave with something new. Some great things I love about the store are: 1: They have competitive pricing and keep a great rotation of products at all times. 2: The instagram story for the store is always updated with all of his newest stock and even shows what sells. 3: They do incredible trade value in store. 4: It’s located in the Galleria Mall across from Round One and Hot Topic so it’s super convenient. 5: The hours of operation are great. 6: The owner is such a kind soul who is super passionate about collecting. This isn’t just about money he truly has a love for what he does. I highly recommend stopping in to see what they have to offer on a day...

I stopped in and asked if he buys sealed Pokemon Product. he told me yes at 75-80% market value. I was content with that. I came back next day at 10am which is when the mall website says they open. they were closed til 1115. I came back later that day, I was told he buys at 70% but they will do 75% for me. fine, whatever. I agree. the agreed about amount was 1500, plus 65 for a few singles I had. we opted to do PayPal, I asked him not to do goods and services so I don't pay 3%, and that we can do zelle instead of that was the case. he sends it as 1550, not the 1565 we agreed on, and then does it the way I asked not do which made me lose 46 as a fee. he agreed to give me 23 back in cash, but I absolutely positively do not recommend this place. the lady also made a comment asking if I wanted to return the money and sell elsewhere after it was all done. their prices are good awful and they lie, very simply put this is horrible...

Very unprofessional owner would rather talk to his friends and not help customers seemed very uninterested had a couple friends go in and sell some stuff and was just low balling them just for him to sell the same item for twice as much. Pokémon cards that sell for 50cents to 1$ charging 4 a piece cards that are very damaged. Says he goes by tcgplayer and ppg price but when he wants to get a deal on something he’ll check ebay last sold so he can get it for cheaper instead of going by his word and buying it for what it goes for. Take your business elsewhere not worth your time hopefully in the future this spot...
