First off 0 Stars!! This is the worst store, customer service is garbage. Victoria and Dave are horrible people to deal with. My wife's ring was damaged as soon as she got it. Sent it in for repairs and got the run around from Dave, Victoria, and Ken the manager. Treat people like second class citizens, rude and completely disorganized. Gave me an attitude and acted as if they were doing me a favor, after I just spent a lot of money at their store. Do not buy anything from this store, I wouldn't buy a key chain from these people. Went to the one at Woodbury Commons with 3 of my friends to buy some Jewelry and I have to say the security guard there was nicer to us then the employees. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They looked bothered and on their cell phones the whole time we were there. Will never shop there again and David Yurman lost a lot of money yesterday. They should give the security guard a managerial job there and get rid of everyone else....
