Stepping into the L'Occitane en Provence store was an absolute treat! Known for their exquisite focus on natural beauty, skincare, and fragrance products inspired by the South of France, the store truly transports you.

My daughter and I were instantly captivated by the wonderful, immersive scents—it's a truly aromatic experience. While we definitely spent more than we planned (it's hard not to!), every penny was totally worth it. The store itself is beautifully presented, and the overall service was excellent.

What really stood out was the opportunity to try the different products. I particularly enjoyed sampling the wide array of body lotions and hand creams. A huge highlight was the attentive employee who gave me a thorough demonstration of the various hand creams. They genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect product to suit my needs, which made the purchase even more satisfying.

Please be aware. My older sister got ripped off at this store. The sales woman with a rep number of 11659, is completely dishonest. She told my sister if my sister would purchase 100+ dollars of their items, she'd give her a free item worth 35 dollars on the receipt. My sister ended up purchasing 6 more hand creams to spend a little over 100 dollars before tax. Today, she found out that not only missing 6 hand creams she purchased extra, but also missing another receipt that should be illustrating extra hand creams she purchased and a free item worth 35 dollars. They made you spend more money and then they will not give the products what you paid for. Make sure you have stuff you paid before leaving the store. Also, those of you from overseas please please get a receipt after purchasing. If they find you that you are a non-English speaker and with a full hand of cash, then they will do their best to rip you off. Please do not shop at...

Disgusting service. I purchased a gift set from the store, and found it completely missing the main product. It was unopened at the store therefore I assumed it would have all the products. I called the store right away, and waited to be called back because apparantly the manager was out of the store at the moment. Hours went by still no call. I eventually called them back myself, and spoke to the manager. Nothing got resolved. I live an hour away from the store, and I cannot just waste 2 hours of my time to drive back and forth to pick up the one product. I expected them to ship the product to my home, but the store itself "doesn't" ship anything. The manager expected me to drive back and forth when it was clearly their fault.
