UPDATE 06/07/2025: I tried to give this store another chance because I was in need of a travel tote. Again wasnât greeted when entering the store instead I was ignored through out my whole time in the store while other guest were being offered water and coffee. I said âexcuse meâ to a male employee about 4-5 times trying to get help while he was 3 steps away from me looking straight into the air. You can tell and you can absolutely FEEL when youâre unwelcome. The feeling was upsetting so I settled to buy online. I really do not understand whatâs up with the employees in this particular store. They wonât bother to make the slightest eye contact with you unless you have a bag in your hand and a step away from the door. Do better and get fresh employees!! I was in very bad need of the last minute bag but the feeling and vibe I got off the employees made me walk out emptied handed!
I entered the store today (06/17/2024) in hopes of purchasing a bag. I usually shop at the manhattan location. I quickly picked up on why the store had no customers. They deserve a 0 for customer service. I was excited to purchase a bag for my upcoming trip but quickly walked out. 1. Nobody greeted us when coming in. 2. When asking for opinions/prices/about different bags, I was ignored and 1 specific employee who was closet to me got annoyed. She was on her phone the whole time. She then made a hand gesture basically gesturing for me to âhurry upâ while I took a split second to decide on a bag. (My bad for wanting to be a paying customer). After that, I put down the bag and walked out! It was outright RUDE of her. The other employees behind the desk were chatting within each other. I decided to go to coach a few stores down and was treated fabulously. Bought 3 bags and 2 pairs of sandals with them! Maybe these ladies need to take some advice from the ladies down at Coach. Do better...

My wife and I had the pleasure of accompanying my daughter at the Woodbury outlet, as she purchased a Longchamp purse, and we were lucky enough to be served by Damian Lacarbonara. I can honestly say his service was on another level.
From the moment we walked in, Damian made us feel welcome and taken care of, not in a scripted or forced way, but with a genuine care for attention thatâs rare to find these days. He was incredibly helpful and patient with my daughter, offering thoughtful suggestions that really helped her. You could tell he wasnât just trying to âsellâ, he wanted her to walk away happy.
What truly got to me, though, was the little touch of offering me an espresso while we waited ( he offered one to my wife and daughters also) That small gesture made a big impression. Damian turned what could have been just a regular purchase into an experience, one that my daughter and I wonât forget.
If upper management is reading this, please know that Damian represents your brand with class, kindness, and professionalism. Heâs a true asset, and people like him are the reason customers come back.

In addition, store staff offers excellent customer service and great advice on bag selections that you wouldn't expect to happen in an outlet store. I had the pleasure working with 2 associates Maria and Yujuan for my purchase. Maria was very helpful and pleasant to work with throughout the process. I ended up purchasing 2 bags from the brand and very happy with my purchase. I would recommend folks to visit the store to experience the Long Champ product, quality ..etc. I am sure the new store in Woodbury will provide a new shopping experience just like their Paris store...
