They receive no stars because they provide HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. My 13 YO daughter’s FIRST EXPERIENCE at this nail shop and it was despicable, HORRIFYING and disappointing. She went in for a simple nail replacement and refill costing us $40.00. The nail tech#7 was very incompetent of her work and was also very rude. She had my daughter’s nail uneven and sent her to wash her hands. We had to highlight her errors to her and she failed to recognized where she went wrong. They failed to provide their customers with adequate information as to their policies and procedures. You are required to pay prior to receiving your polished nails. I made an inquiry as to where the posted signage was regarding the policy and I was informed by someone named Kelly that she does not have to disclose anything or post anything. She then began arguing with me(customer). I politely told her I don’t want to argue with her and that I have a right to know the information prior to service. Her only concerns was to get her money prior to my daughter getting her polish. Kelly(shop owner) polished my daughter’s nail and they were looking so bumpy and horrible. She then failed to accept responsibility and told my daughter that the shop that did her nails prior to them servicing her had messed her nails up. (🤥🤥😳😳). Additionally, Kelly then stated,” its best for my daughter to go back to her original shop to do her nails”. All this is after they’ve butchered her nails. They also rush your nails to get to the next customer. At no point in time I have never experienced a nail tech completing a refill and a replacement in 10 mins...Customer service is NOT their top priority and NO their works are not the best. I've been going to this salon once or twice a month to get a gel pedicure and sometimes a regular manicure plus tip. This particular visit cost me $86 not including tip. Last week I went in like I usually do. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. 6 days after my polish started to come off COMPLETELY. I went on a Wednesday to get it fixed and to see if they could touch up my maintenicure since it was peeling off. She yole me no to the main, it's only supposed to last a week. Whatever things happen. Of course I didn't remember the color so it didn't match. The very next day the polish fell of 2 more of my toes. When I went back and asked for a color change instead of fixing just the two, since I was scared more would fall off I was informed it would be $30. I then asked the owner why would I pay $30 for a color change and the entire service is $45. She then informed me that she was giving me a discount and I could take it or leave it. Which is crazy because it's not my fault they put on the wrong base coat and my polish was now falling off. The lady "fixing" my nails went over every nail besides the one that was miscolored (crazy right) with the color I picked and sent me on my way. I told them I wouldn't be back. Fast forward to today which is Saturday. The polish is now off one of my toes again. I took the time to write this review because the owner was very non chelant and didn't care at all. She didn't even look my way when talking. Now I have to go get my toes done AGAIN because the person on#8 messed them up. If u get gel polish I'm sure you know it lasts for a while. I've gone 4 weeks with no cracks or fading. Never going back again. Save your money and go...

WATCH OUT FOR JUSTIN @ STATION 11 If I could rate 0 I would!!!! This place has horrible customer service. First of all I went to this nail shop Saturday April 21, 2018. Their hours say that they close at 7:30pm and I got there by 7:05pm and the door was locked. I could’ve easily went to another nail salon. but I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’m a loyal customer so I waited til Monday to be able to get my nails done. I got a fill in/ fullset for nails that fell off. (The nails that he was fixing was from March 23, 2018 nail job that I also got at this same shop). Later That same day that I got my nail done my middle nail had broke off while at work. Then tuesday my thumb nail had also came while I was getting out of my car. And then Thursday morning I took a shower & get back in bed and noticed my pinky nail broke off. Later Thursday I went back to the shop not only so that they can fix my nails but for them to give me a whole new set. Because whose to say that another nail won’t break Tomorrow or day after. I don’t have time for that nor is this what I paid for. The manger claim that I broke those 3 nails on my own within a 3 day span and that he wouldnt do a full set. He pretty much accused me of being a thief but how is that the case when I want the same shape and color that I had??and if he feels that way about me I’m sure he feels that way about every black person that walks in that shop.
