today i got my lashes & eyebrows done & it was my first time getting my lashes done. after i got them done, there was glue in my eyes & they were burning. i looked in the mirror & told the woman they were fine. as i drove home and continued looking at my lashes i began to think they were too long & didn’t look like they were installed correctly. i got home & asked my family if they thought they looked right & they all said they didn’t think they did. my mom called & talked to the woman who did them and asked her if she would trim them down . the woman on the phone said sure & i came back. when i came back the woman cut them down, cutting my natural lashes along w the extensions. then she added more lashes that were thicker and darker which was not something i asked for. they looked even worse than before when she was finished. i tried to talk to the lady who did them about it but she just said they looked fine rudely & told me that they were closing. i wasted 25 dollars and i regret tipping the woman. she was rude & i am angry that i wasted $25 on lashes that looked absolutely horrible & tipped a woman who didn’t care about her clients needs. i will never come back here & i will be calling back tomorrow to see if it’s possible to talk to the owner about my terrible...

I went here on my birthday for the first and last time for what I thought was going to be a Brazilian wax. I’ve been getting waxed for over 2 years and never experienced anything like this before. I was laying there for over 30 minutes and the woman kept telling me because I have curly hair it was hard for her to do the wax. She had no idea what she was doing. I left in the middle of the service because she was hurting me so bad and made me feel uncomfortable. I went back to Apsara threading and tinting shop and there was a surprise waiting me. The owner gifted me with free service. The bill was on her. She cares about her customers. The shop is clean. Lots of parking. The grays in my eyebrows were gone by the time she was finished tinting them. They were perfect and I wanted high arches and she did an amazing job. I wish that I could show you a before and after picture. Kind friendly service. Also there is a hair salon in the shop that does good work. I'm pleased. I am happy. I will go back time and time again. See you there. My regards to the owner....
