Hillendale Shopping Center — Local services in Towson

It's one of those outside/open storefront type places with the overhanging roof above the sidewalk/walkway to protect from rain,etc. PLENTY of PARKING but i almost gave a 3 star because not every place will have public bathrooms available... To be fair many of the stores here might not usually expected to have public bathrooms available, try one of the food spots if needed. It's a bit beat up. If we could do our part and clean up after ourselves and not throw trash into the lot. It would be an interesting place. The parking lot is built like a maze , learn it if you go often . Don't complain bc of it's poor design. Maybe and maybe , if the owner let people come paint it for free we can have a masterpiece , a jewel , something individuals will come and see. I should have left this post months ago I went to that rip off dry cleaners over there called hillendale cleaners to have 2 of my skirts taken up 2 inches each. The gray one was perfect but when I went to wear the black one a month later I realized the hem was taken out but not sewn back it was just ironed really good. I didn't bother to take it back to get 1 of the lying Asian ladies that work there to fix it I just paid more money and someone else fixed their mess. Dissatisfied...
