If a no start was a thing this would be a shining example. Obviously under new ownership or management this place has gone downhill fast. I have been going to this location since it opened and have always had a good experience and been happy with the food. Up until about a month and a half ago. I have ordered from here regularly they practically know my order when i call. About 3 weeks ago i called placed my order paid over the phone as usual and waited. (Friday so i know it gets busy) after an hour and 45 minutes still no word i call the store and they say its on the way now. Ten minutes later i get the call "stokos is outside with your food" im standing on my porch waiting for a car to pull up and nothing, i call the driver back and ask where are you he replied outside, me: no your not. I was then asked to text my address and zip. Ten more minutes later finally got ice cold food but had hungry kids so had to just warm up and feed them. Let that go and figure its just a new driver. 5 nights ago I ordered my go to teriyaki wings love these and are always delicious. Got a 12 piece literally 7 of the wings were rotten you could automatically smell it when opening the box and cutting into them made it official. These wings were rotten when they were raw and they tried cooking them thinking it would get rid of the smell. Final straw tonight i ordered online and paid at 1045. Got the conformation email my order was received and would be delivered. About 1130 i get the message your order is marked for delivery. 1200 still sitting here waiting for the delivery calling the store with no answer. My boyfriend drives there beats on the door to see what is going on because our account was charged but we got no food. He was told nobody confirmed the order or marked it for delivery it was done online and they had nothing to do with that. Instead of just cooking the order they refunded the money and never even apologized. Sometimes new owners or management aren't always the best thing...

I placed an order online thru Eat24 same profile same number, never had an issue with receiving a delivery before. Now tonight I have waited outside (warm weather with company) for 2 hours. I requested the status of my order thru the app then proceeded to call the store. I politely asked about my order and the man on the other end proceeded to scream at me saying "EAT24 already called you never answer phone driver come back". I try to explain to him that no one drove down my street at for I have been outside he then shouts "DRIVER ALREADY CAME HE SAID U NO ANSWER YOUR NUMBER 44...". & proceeded to read off a number that ain't even mine I have never felt so blatantly disrespected. Like I'm a female & your a man & your LYING & SCREAMING over a chicken box & a saladšššš this will be my last time ordering from STOKOS PERIOD. I mean the one on York road the original y'all always been good to me BUT I CANT ROCK WITH YA BUSINESS AS A WHOLE the one on Hartford road stopped gettin my business a looooooooooooooong time ago for poor customer service. But I swear on EVERYONES GOD (no matter what religion they might be) I will never eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMade an order and paid online, they immediately call me to tell me they dont have it. No big deal. I just asked for a refund. They girl paused and said she cant do that and I asked how come and she said she needs a manager. Okay, I totally understand that. I work in retail so I know employees can only do so much. I couldn't really understand her (due to her accent) so I said I'll just come in. Upon walking in the girl with spots on her face just stared at me all confused. I said hi and just continues to stare, so I said I'm here for my refund. She looks around and talks to her coworkers in another language and then another girl comes out and asks what I'm here for. I repeat that I just want my refund. She told me the manager isnt in right now, so I asked when will they be and she goes off to contact them I guess and then tells me the manager gave me my refund. No receipt, conformation or anything. Didnt even tell me the managers name, I had to ask and even then there was a pause before she gave it to me. I didnt want to give anyone a hard time, I just wanted my refund but the staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly.
Now I'm awaiting my refund in 3-5 days because the whole interaction...
