If I could give a negative review I would! We rush order to dress. We were told it would not be a problem. We had about three weeks out. We were told two days before it was supposed to come in then it was on back order and we wouldn’t be able to get that dress. We had to pick a different dress same color slightly different style. Because of the time we agreed. Now we are at Mother’s Day weekend and he said the dress would be in on Saturday. No call no show. I called and they said they sent it to alterations for some reason. Even though the store clearly states multiple times that they don’t handle alterations. And we never asked for alterations. I called Sunday. They said they don’t have the dress back. That they were just replacing some beads. We show up Monday to try the dress on and bring it home. The girl brings it out. No packaging. The wrong size. Beads falling off the bottom of it. The overlay with the beads on it was cut. With scissors. Strings frayed and loose everywhere. The cut wasn’t even even at the bottom. It looked like ocean waves.
The owner took zero responsibility. Told me multiple times just give her a refund. He didn’t want to deal with me. I threw the dress on the counter. He stepped back as if I was assaulting him. Just a soft, weak man. But besides that a horrible leader and business owner. My 16-year-old daughter was crying. Her prom was in five days. He couldn’t have cared less. We went down to Windsor and were taken care of. The girls at the front brought up the website brought out lots of dresses she would like. They were amazing. Should’ve gone there...

It's apparent, that they do not like to make money or actually sell their product, or know how to talk to people. I happened to walk by the store as week ago, and saw a perfect dress! So today I brought my Daughter and mother back to look! We were quickly greeted, with a "how can I help you" but not one word about needing an appointment. My daughter found the one she wanted, $700. We asked for her to try it on, and you would have thought we just kicked his cat. He very curtly told us no, we had to have an appointment, no acceptions, and told us to leave. Important to note the next appointment wasnt for another 30 minutes and it was only one dress.... The clerk actually slammed the door behind us. THAT IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS, and UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR OF A SALESMAN! No where anywhere in the store does it say appointment required nor did the clerk mention when we got there. THIS GUY IS A JOKE! All he had to say was......, Hello can I help you? Thanks for stopping by, if you see something you like, I would be happy to book an appointment for a later time!...
Read moreI stumbled upon this great boutique while shopping for my daughter's prom gown. I got lucky and walked in on a day they weren't busy. Normally you have to schedule an appointment. The owner and employees were very pleasant and welcoming. They took the time to explain the process of ordering the gown, alterations, and once you pick your gown that won't sell it to anyone else at that school. They have a huge selection of gowns and suits for males. My daughter found the perfect dress within minutes. They make the girls feel special by giving them a rose because "they said yes to the dress!" We came back for our fitting appointment and they were BUSY but, we received the same level of professionalisim and customer service as our 1st visit. Our 3rd visit was to pick up our gown.
