I was extremely excited to do a decoden (or whipped gel as they called it) phone case, but unfortunately they didn't have any phone cases that would fit my phone, which is an iPhone 15. The employee who was helping me was very nice and tried to offer a solution but suggested I use my own phone case but still pay full price?! I was very displeased by this and ended up leaving shortly after. I do not blame the employee, however, I did find them to be quite undertrained and did not seem to have much customer service experience.
Besides the phone case situation, the entire studio was very cramped and not as spacious as it appeared in pictures online. One suggestion I do have is to have separate tables instead of one big table where you're essentially sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers. It definitely could've been my mistake for coming in on a Saturday, but it was extremely claustrophobic and would benefit from a different layout.
I left extremely disappointed and discouraged from ever coming back. From the lack of phone case options and charms, to the poor suggestion of me using my own phone case while still paying full price, and the cramped space, I HIGHLY suggest having separate tables, ordering more stock for weekends, and offering...
Read moreMy daughter recommended this place because she seen it on TikTok and let me just say this was the best experience ever. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Kay (the owner) she is amazing and she walk you through everything. Whether it’s for making a phone case, candle, lamp, and so forth. She was very thorough with everything we did. The place was very clean. Everything was organized. The ambience was amazing. She drew all of the 3-D art throughout her whole business and I thought that was pretty neat. I decided to make a phone case as you can see in the picture and I had an amazing time and I also made a candle out of a margarita cup with real dried flowers and it was just a beautiful experience. And her husband is the owner of the shop next door food and drinks are wonderful CHECK THEM OUT !!! And thank you Kay you made this experience for me and ahniya a...
Read moreAfter reading reviews, I took my granddaughter here & was disappointed in the lack of customer service. We were asked when we went in if we had been there before & I said that we hadn’t. We were told the different crafts they offered & that was it. My granddaughter chose an item to add charms to & we had to ask what we were to do next. Every single step, I had to hunt down the girl & ask for the next step. She wasn’t friendly & welcoming like others spoke of. Didn’t receive a bag to put the product in. It was a really hot day & the product isn’t completely dry when you leave, so I had to be mindful of where I put it in my car. The concept is cute, the prices in line with most places that offer crafting such as this, but the customer service was so poor that we won’t...
