We were in gameplay and the system lost power ancd would not power up. They received the system and hooked it up with their own cords and it turned on for them. They then did a system restore and charged $32.00 and some change. They explain what they did to my grandmother and she brought it back. I hooked it up and it would not work (still no power). Called them back and they said there was no game in the system when they received it. I explained that it shut off during gameplay and without power you cant get the game out. I also explained what the actual problem was with the no power. My statements were basically disregarded. So I guess it is justified to pay $32 for something that was unrelated to the issue and to loose a $60 game in the process. So in short I would not bring my electronics there. You may end up very unhappy and have to figure out the problem...
