We as a family have purchased MANY quality pieces. Her benchman?? The best!! He can fix and find anything. Big or small. All the ladies who work here are always very friendly and very helpful! Needed work done on my wedding ring and took it in. They quoted a price and actually ended up being charged less, plus the work was done quicker than they thought. Many thanks!! Update 1/22/22 Wife's ring cannot be repaired any further. We went so my wife could look at new styles to transfer her stones into. They made a few suggestions, and my wife browsed through a catalog. She chose 3 different ring styles for possible replacements. They are going to get in samples, she'll go look them over to make a final decision, and we'll get her ring replaced. As always, the ladies who work here are VERY nice and helpful....
