I highly do not reccomend this store. This store is outrageously priced for the quality of their dresses. I would price these dresses $100 at most due to quality. I've never been so dissapointed in a dress shop. I live in bay city and we made a special 2 and a half hour drive just for this store, we were not greeted upon arriving. The one lady working would not smile and said minimal words and was very weird when I wanted to try a few dresses on. Therefore, I wrote a mild review after leaving the store to let others know so they do not waste their time. But turns out, 8 months later I come across the review I wrote to find they had responded. And that leads me to explain why I am writing a new review. These people are childish and the way they speak to people on the internet is not appropriate for a "growing business". The bad reviews they've received are well deserved. I was somewhat offended after reading what they had wrote and they do not seem to know what they're talking about. Their dresses are in fact very highly priced. Which is fine for prom/homecoming dresses, but absolutely not for the quality of their products. This shop is honestly horrible and they believe I slandered them before, alright well have at this. You are very rude people. And to those who are thinking about visiting this store, head to macys or davids bridal or perfect fit or viper. Don't waste your time here. ââââââââââââââââââââââââââ
In response to the reply from you I just now came across from my original post, I am speaking directly to whoever replied- this isnât part of review. Iâm not really sure why you canât take a little bit of honest criticism, I truly had a bad experience at your store. Like I mentioned, I drove over two hours with high hopes & a positive attitude to shop at this store. The store was not busy, the lady was very rude & we were never greeted & not helped in a friendly manner. That was just an honest statement. I never had a budget, I really believed the dresses you were offering were not as high quality as Iâve seen elsewhere & today I cannot remember the prices but apparently they mustâve not been fitting for the quality. To each their own, Iâm sure many many people have been satisfied but I was not one of them. Aside from all of that, I am only writing this because Iâm a little put off from the reply I just came across. You are the furthest thing from professional. That is not how you publicly address a review. Most places would apologize & give an email to discuss and resolve privately. It makes you look bad and uneducated. Your grammar is not even correct. I was as honest as possible in my review & if I had a better experience you wouldâve got a good one or just not one at all. You provided bad service & weak dresses so in return you got the review that you got. Instead of mentioning anything about the bad customer service you are very focused on defending your dress quality. I understand but if you are making sales I would be less focused on that and maybe pay a little more attention to treating your customers with respect and a smile. Iâm just not naĂŻve. Also, I believe I was insinuating that resale and online stores sell better products at the same or better price. If you believe that those products are garbage, then your products are the equivalent of horse manure.

âLook at your history of the reviews those you posted on google. 90 percent of them were 1 star heavy nonsense complaints that I checked on March 7th 2019â Because I did go to school, I can also figure out how to find percentages, 50% of my reviews are positive and 50% and negative. Business owners should probably have basic language and mathematic skills before opening a business.
Original post: The prices are way overpriced for the quality of the dresses. From some one who has done pageants. Itâs a huge waste of money. These are dresses that parents buy because they donât know any better. PARENTS BUY ONLINE or RESALE. You can get a much better dress for a much better price.    Read moreDo NOT buy a dress here!! The customer service is terrible. After purchasing a dress you see the alterations lady. She (Libby) is absolutely TERRIBLE!! After waiting an hour she quickly pinned my daughters dress, made some notes and charged me $150 for alterations. On the day of pick up Libby sent me a text message about rescheduling because she was running behind with her work. I rescheduled for several days later at 1pm. When I arrived at the store Libby was not there. I called and tex her several times without any response. The store tried calling her as well...no answer. Around 2:15 she finally answered my call. She had overslept and would be on her way immediately which should take 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later she finally arrived. After arguing with the store associate that I had an appointment over two hours ago, my daughter finally was able to put on her dress and see Libby. The dress is awful! The front hem is was too short and my daughters feet stick out of the bottom. (She has the same shoes she was altered in) The train in the back was not hemmed and is too long that it just bunches on the floor. The zipper hem was not fixed and sticks out right in the butt area. I expressed my concerns with Libby and she decided to argue with me instead of offering to fix things. She expressed how she knows what sheâs doing and the dress is how it should be. No apology for being almost 3 hours late and no resolution. After I made a scene in front of other customers, Libby said she could take the dress back and fix the zipper portion. We agreed she would call me that evening to discuss a discount and when the dress would be finished. Four days went by and no call from Libby. When I called she didnât remember me or the dress. After explaining, she said she could work on it tonight and have it done for pick up the following day. The following day Libby was not at the store. Needless to say, we have purchased another dress from a different store and are waiting for Libby to answer my calls or bring back the dress. The store owner was absolutely no help at all.
