My mother just received her computer after a repair, but she cannot get into it as it seems Winners had changed the login information for the computer and now, she cannot get into it. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to give me the pin so I can relay it to her. Or call her if you know who she could be, but I do not want to post her information here. I have an IPhone, that I have been having much difficulty and frustration with for a long time in being able to consistently receive and send emails.
