I rented a long term house from this company. The day I got the keys I came to the house dirty and the hot water heater not working. Throughout my year living there I had nothing but trouble with the property management team I had several things needed to be fixed and never got a straight answer on when or how the things were going to be fixed. If they did decide to fix it, it was always done improperly. For example my outdoor water spicket was not working I thought I just needed to turn the water on after the winter months I tried that but it didn’t fix the problem. The manager I was working with proceeded to tell me that the reason the rent was as low as it was is because they are not willing to fix all the things that were broken (Which was not specified in the listing also I don’t know what their definition of low was) this came off extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I am a 20 year old in college and don’t have a lot of experience renting homes and feel as though I was walked all over and pushed around. The house that I rented included all utilities, except for gas. This included Wi-Fi. With my schooling, I require Wi-Fi being reliable. Within the first week, I noticed the Wi-Fi did not work. I contacted the management team several times and they made me jump through loops with the Wi-Fi company to try and fix it.(even though the house was rented with Wi-Fi included making it their responsibility to make sure it is working) Fast-forward roughly 2 months, the Wi-Fi still was not working. I finally reached out and got the Wi-Fi company to come out and fix it.(not my responsibility)After that, I requested that The management team reimburse me the months of Wi-Fi I had paid in which they told me that I had to reach out to the Wi-Fi company to reimburse me( keep in mind I am paying the management company not the Wi-Fi company not to mention, they’re up selling me and pocketing money on the Wi-Fi plan we had) after another 10 months living there, I never saw the reimbursement. All this in mind, I don’t recommend renting from them in any way...

Terrible. Slow to fix things & excessive exit fees.

First, there were many things wrong with the property we rented (back door was nearly unopenable from a broken track, toilets leaked round the clock and led to a $1k water bill, internet was spotty due to an overly complex router setup, at least one shower drain didn't drain properly, etc). When informed, TTVP was quick to reply, but slow to act (door remained jammed for our 5 month rental period). Also, WARNING: upon vacating the premises, they deducted $1,214 from our $4,000 deposit for cleaning. Upon request, they provided the following breakdown.* Make your own mind, but $630 cleaning fee in a high turnover environment seems excessive to me. $630 for cleaning (no mark up) - we had cleaned the property prior to departing. $16 for snow removal (no mark up) - we payed for snow removal up front as well. $438 for carpets ($418 + $20 mark up) - The carpets did not have any excessive wear. $130 for Carlson’s Electronics (no mark up) - Apparently the owner couldn't figure out what button we pressed on the...

Just got home from our stay and can’t stop thinking about how lovely this rental is! We had a 10 adult group - there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably + a large outdoor deck for bbq’ing and outdoor meals. It’s about two flights of stairs up to the house and can be intimidating if carrying luggage, so those with mobility issues might have trouble. The master room is huuuuge and the other bedrooms are tiny but it wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, pans, spices, table linens, paper towels, etc. plus a bar area with a separate sink. The house was relatively clean but keep in mind it’s an older cabin so we saw a few bugs and webs… nothing scary. Mornings are a bit warm because it’s a direct sunrise hit but cooled down throughout the day and was really nice at night. Having onsite laundry was a huge plus! We were able to use Tart Connect when we went out at night which was so convenient and saved us money we would have spent on Uber! Would love to come...

Lakeview pool and lakefront beach club make this a winner! This townhouse is a gem in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful community that sits high above Lake Tahoe with stunning views just a short walk down the street or from the lower pool. Excellent proximity (5 min) to Tahoe City with shops, restaurants and lakefront trails plus a small yet lovely public beach. The private access beach club is not pictured but has gorgeous views, a club house with ping pong, bathrooms, kitchenette, beach volleyball, lounge chairs, picnic tables, a sand beach and lengthy dock with ladders for easy entry or jumping into the lake. Despite an earlier review citing issues with arrival cleanliness, the property was spotless and very comfortable despite warm daily temps in the 80s, though we’d recommend sleeping downstairs where it’s cooler (there are plenty of fans for each bedroom). Also recommend packing beach towels as the listing states. Our family of 4 with two young kids absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

Beautiful home with more than enough room for 6 adults and several kids in the 2 bunk beds in a separate room. Plenty of TVs to watch if locked inside due to snomageddon like we were. The location is a couple hundred yards from the village which is handy for food and fun. Even in heavy snow, the walk is easy and the pizza restaurant is open. (The house pizza at Rubicon is really good.) The home had newer viking appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, utensils - and everthing you need to cook for everyone. Bring your own wine glasses and be prepared to dust off snow from the hot tub🥂. You can see the mound that represents the hot tub in the pictures. Clearing that is on the guests but the driveway and street is cleared each day when it snows.
