I love how small and family friendly this place is! Reserving online was very easy so when we arrived we were all set. Admission for an adult is $10.00 and for my 4 & 11 year old it was $8.00 & $9.00. It was only $9.00 total for all 3 of us to rent ice skates. I did see others bring thier own as well! The ice skates were actually in good condition despite what other people have said. I would love to go back in the evening just to skate with the outdoor lights they have set up. We recently visited this ice skating rink and were extremely disappointed with the experience. While the skates seemed comfortable at first, they quickly caused severe irritation and bruising on my kids' ankles, even leading to bleeding. We had to leave after just 20 minutes of skating. When we reported this to the staff, they showed no concern or willingness to help. Additionally, the place is quite expensive for the poor quality of service and equipment provided. this review is just based on the online booking system which is terrible. very annoying & troublesome to book online & there is no other option. you have to go back & forth through the calendar a million times just to try to see what is even available & then redo it all for each person you want to book for. good luck trying to do it from your iphone. and there's no one to answer the phone to help it's just a recording telling you to book online. hopefully the place is good after the trouble booking... will...
