Nice neighborhood mall. I got stranded there for a couple of hours due to car break down. This mall has McDonloads for a quick bite, Starbucks for caffeine or sugary drinks, whatever you prefer.

Conveniently O'relly auto parts is located here. They carry lots of parts. They can also get parts shipped in from Reno on a daily basis. There is a big grocery store with all your typical grocery needs. They even have a hot food section. Their fried chicken look super yummy. This business center has Truckee’s most affordable grocery store. This is our spot when we can’t get to Reno. The lot and buildings look completely neglected. Clearly someone in charge is spending as little as possible on upkeep. The whole lot and all side walks need to be pressure washed. There is dried human waste on the sidewalks. I think that the name of this place, Truckee crossroads, is really a metaphor for the economic health of this shopping area. Things have gone like the Starbucks, and it seems like some of the businesses are struggling and the general aesthetic health of the area is on the decline.
