I have never encountered a more genuine shop owner than the gentleman I just had the honor of meeting. He talked to me and another customer for an hour and it was all for the sake of us gaining knowledge. When I went to purchase a product with a pretty hefty price tag for 1 encased card he advised strongly to think about the purchase, and effectively talked himself out of extra money as I settled for something cheaper. I didn't catch the owners name, but I could listen to him tell stories for days. He knows the business as well as anyone, and strives to give each customer, no matter the age, plenty of attention and tries to personally get to know each individual.
