Bought a ring from Park place and pay warranty for it and it wasn't inside my file along with the locket and chain I bought which is ridiculous in 2019 I bought a chain a hard locket and a heart ring from Park place Mall and I want to go size the ring for my little girl and it's not in my file saying that I bought it there I know I bought it cuz I paid for it there it is ridiculous back then the store manager from Park place now was not a manager I just want to get my daughter's ring size I can't even do that because it's not in my file with the heart lockett and chain that I bought for my wife I feel like something happened and I feel they rip me off maybe put the money in the pocket I don't know pocket the money I don't know what happened but this is not right helzberg diamonds in Tucson mall has been really good to us and helpful they got a really great sales woman her name is Adrian I appreciate everything she's done for us she made us feel at home park place is a whole different story I just want to get this straightened out so I can get my daughter's ring sized and warranty like it's supposed to have been this should have been taken care of in 2019 when I bought the lock at the chain...

We had an awful experience here. The salesman Dave was extremely rude and condescending to us. My friend and I went to Helzberg to purchase a wedding band for his fiance. I asked Dave for the color and clarity information on a band we were looking at. He sighed and made up an answer (I verified that he gave us the wrong information by looking at their website). He was extremely unhelpful and each question was dismissed as if we were not allowed to have questions about their products. I had to ask him the same questions several times before he would acknowledge them. It was very clear that Dave did was not knowledgable about the products nor did he like questions regarding the quality of the product. It is very reasonable to have every question answered when you are going to purchase a $2,000 wedding band. My friend walked into the store ready to purchase a band; however, due to Dave's attitude and complete lack of product knowledge we left without making a purchase. Attention is definitely there however every salesman there kept prying when I had just walked in. Granted it was Valentine’s weekend, when I was ready to take a look at things the salesman showed me the garnet rings that I was looking for. A mister Hector N, When I had pointed out another ring I liked but was NOT exactly looking to get because it was ruby , he insisted it was garnet. After trusting his judgment, (which clearly I shouldn’t have) I bought the ring. Looked at the receipt for it to read “ruby” which means I was correct and this salesman wanted his sale so bad he would lie to me, regardless I was going to buy it but now I know to not trust their judgement. So just a warning before you come these men are eager to sale and will try to lie to you about the stones in your jewelry for their own sales. Watch out...
